Hi,

 

I can't seem to get on to Zoom for help. 

 

I decided to downgrade my account starting next month and I was offered an intermediate plan and accepted. 

 

I had already paid the full month for premium and I was downgraded straight away to the free account. 

 

I followed the instructions to try reset and they have put me on the intermediate plan that was supposed to start from next month so i've effectively lost this month's premium subscription. how can I talk to someone to fix it or get a refund? 

 

 

The chat bot doesn't connect you to an agent ever and there is no support email address!
