I took out a Zoom account for my local diving club as its Chairman and forgot to turn off the auto renew option. The subscription has been taken from my personal bank account and there was no indication that the transaction was pending. So I am now £155.88 out of pocket and the 'bots' all inform me that I cannot get a refund. I cannot believe that this is the case with any responsible company and I have seen posts saying that other have been refunded (In fact my wife had this happen to her and managed to get her money back). So I hope some human can help where the bots have failed. My email is *********** for any good news!!
