Automatic payment refund request

An automatic payment was made that I didn't want.
I no longer use zoom. Please cancel the credit card payment and issue a refund on November 21st.
The approved amount is USD 149.9.
Please let me know in more detail what I need to do to receive a refund.
Zoom version is pro version.
