Another email address

My old email account doesnt work anymore. And it is the email address which is registrated in zoom. I won't even be able to enter the email account. How can I change in zoom my email address?

I could not get any help with the same issue. I ended up cancelling the old Zoom account and starting a new one.

Oh no... but I have paid until December 2023. So there won't be a solution? Because sometimes Zoom sends me a security number to my email account but since it doesn't work anymore, I don't know how I could resolve that problem
