Adding a colleague as co-host on enterprise account

I have a license through a university enterprise account. I have scheduled a recurring meeting to be used for a class I will be teaching and want to add one of my university colleagues as a co-host. When I attempt to do this, I get an error message telling me my colleague cannot be added at this time. How can I overcome this issue?
