If your account is eligible for a refund, a refund can be requested when canceling your plan through the web portal:
Note: To be eligible for a refund, an account must not have any usage since the last time the account was billed.
If you need more assistance, please contact our billing department by opening a ticket using this link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 also make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.

Hello,
thank you for your help. I successfully canceled the current plan, but I couldn't see any refund options provided, and also it was the same in the Help section. So, I created a ticket and I'm waiting to get a response.
