30 minute limit

I pay a monthly subscription.... which is up to date, yet suddenly zoom calls are being limited to 30 minutes which means I can no longer do my job properly. How to I rectify this? Is there a real person to talk to at Zoom?

I have experienced the same for two years and it has never been resolved. I have 25 employees that work for us and expense zoom (via App Store) and 10 of them have the same issue. We don’t use zoom often but, when we do there is always this issue. Zoom blames Apple and Apple blames zoom. This is the second year of issues. Someone needs to be sued to resolve this or something because they really obviously don’t care.
