i need to upgrade from 100 participations to 300

Welcome to the Zoom Community, ​@Jeeva 1989! We’re excited to have you here! Yes, you can upgrade from 100 to 300 participants. There are two ways to do it, depending on what you need.

Option 1: Add Large Meeting (300)

• If you’re happy with your current plan and just need more meeting capacity:
• Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
• Go to Account Management > Billing.
• Under Current Plans, find Large Meeting and click Add to Cart.
• Select the 300-participant option.
• Choose your billing cycle and quantity, if prompted.
• Click Save & Continue, then Place Order.

Option 2: Upgrade to Zoom Workplace Business

If you’re also interested in the features that come with a broader plan:

• Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
• Go to Account Management > Billing.
• On the Current Plans tab, click Upgrade Account.
• Select the Business plan.
• Choose your license quantity and billing cycle.
• Complete checkout.

If all you need is to increase your meeting capacity, I’d go with the 300-participant Large Meeting add-on. If you’re considering other plan features too, then Zoom Workplace Business may be the better fit.
