We are slowly getting into Workspace Reservations, which we would like to use for shared rooms we use for workshops and desk places. A problem we have is, that when a room is already booked from 10:00 - 12:00 and another user wants to book it from 11-12:30, Zoom will change the reservation times to e.g. 12:00 - 13:30 on its own, trying to accommodate. And while you still have to confirm the booking, it’s rather easy to miss, that zoom changed the time and you actually aren’t booking the time slot you want. We have had “double booking” thanks to that.Is there any way to stop it from doing that or send a warning message at least?

I have a MacBook Pro and Chrome browser that I am using for a live music recital.  I struggle with knowing exactly how to set up the meeting with the correct audio settings for the Listener/Viewer.  Do I determine the correct audio settings when I create the meeting or when I actually begin the meeting?  I did this before and something wasn’t right but couldn’t determine what exactly was wrong. Grateful for some guidelines.Ed 

I'm trying to understand the correct size for my Zoom profile photo. It keeps appearing blurry even though I have it set at a 1:1 radio and the image was high resolution. Any advice on how to create a profile photo that isn't blurry? When I update it on the Zoom web site under my Profile it shows as a correct resolution, but within any meeting it's very blurry and looks unprofessional.

HiI forgot to cancel my subscription and it auto renewed.  I am battling to work out how to request a refund. 

Since the recent Zoom update to 7.1.0, the button to add custom emoji seems to have been removed from the desktop client. Has it been moved elsewhere, or is it just gone?

I’m new to using Zoom and still trying to understand its basic features. I’ve recently started attending online meetings and noticed that some people record sessions for later use. However, I’m not sure how this recording process works, who is allowed to record, and where the recordings are saved. Can someone explain in a simple way how to record meetings on Zoom and what steps I need to follow as a beginner?

It is ridiculous how difficult they make it to cancel a subscription. It even worse that they will not provide refunds when you are unable to cancel their service!

Recurring meetings disappear from desktop and web app. From time to time, one recurring meeting with no fixed time will disappear. I have numerous recurring meetings set up for various clients so they don’t need a new link each time. When they disappear for no reason, I have to set up a new recurring meeting = unproductive and annoying.

We have a team of people set up with Zoom phone including SMS messaging. They are needing to receive text pages from an automated system that sends alerts out to a group of cell phones and pagers.  The system requires a email to text address, and does not accept the phone number directly. Does Zoom have an email to text address, for example google phone's is #@MSG.fi.google.com, Verizon's is #@vtext.com, etc.

My Church seems to get better quality out of Zoom than the New Jersey State Superior Court.  Last Friday I had to attend a virtual pretrial hearing where the Court uses Zoom for these appearances.  I call this trial rigging.  The overall quality, especially the audio, was poor.  I should be used to this by now; but I don't want to experience more consequence than necessary.  Most parties to these hearings just put up with the bad quality because they want it over with.  From a trial I attended last year, my audio/video transcript the Court gave me last year reflects the same bad quality.  As with the recent hearing, the audio had an underwater quality to it.  The Court I noticed uses metal boxes with glass fronts to house the TV that they connect with Zoom.  Through these hearings and trials, the Court makes Zoom look bad while delivering such poor quality.

I would like to broadcast a movie that I own in my digital video library to a group with approximately 75 connected devices across dispersed locations. I have tried before but the people on the receiving end could not see or hear. I assumed it was a licensing issue, but reading on this forum I see it should be possible.  Please provide instructions so I can be sure it will work this time.  

How do you enter the chat when using the Zoom app on Apple TV?  I can see messages that others post, but can’t respond or post my own message.

With the recent update, has anyone else noticed that the pop-out chat window was removed for (multiple) users on Zoom Workplace 7.0.5; not present in right-click menu nor in-chat … menu; If you recently updated your version, it disappears after application restart.   :(

Hi, at the end of the meeting. ZOOM didn't convert the meeting. I go to manually converted from Meeting - Recording. I open the folder and then I double click the file named: "double_click_to_convert_01" and I get the message: " Failed to convert recording. There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert this recording later from Meetings>Recording". Any help?

We’ve run into a limitation with Clips and Zoom Video Management. Currently, it is not possible to hide the transcript panel without also disabling closed captions.We have an instructor who would like captions to remain available for accessibility reasons but does not want students to have access to the full transcript. Their concern is that transcripts can be easily copied and pasted into AI tools to generate summaries, allowing students to bypass engagement with the video content.Zoom recently introduced an option to hide transcripts within embedded videos, which is a step in the right direction. However, the embed still includes a direct link to the clips page, where the transcript remains accessible. As a result, students can still view and copy the transcript despite it being hidden in the embedded player.Has anyone found a workaround for providing captions while preventing access to the full transcript?Rob Keys

Sharing sound  from Chromebook and continue gallery view of participants.  When I play sound to share from laptop, the screen shows large image from the sound recording and the participants either cannot see each other or the screen is dominated by the sound recording.
