I just hosted a meeting and recorded it to Zoom Cloud.  At the end of the meeting I clicked leave meeting like everyone else and that was it.  I thought that was where/when I would name etc my recording.  But my recording is nowhere to be found.   What did I do wrong and can I find it ?

Hello,I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation and refund of my annual Zoom subscription.I intended to purchase a monthly plan only, but I accidentally selected the annual plan during the payment process. I had no intention of subscribing to or maintaining an annual plan for one year.As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately canceled the subscription. However, my account currently shows that the cancellation will not take effect until September 7, 2027.I want to make it clear that I do not agree to continue the annual subscription until September 7, 2027, and I do not authorize any further recurring or automatic charges during this period.Since the annual plan was selected by mistake and I requested cancellation immediately after discovering the error, I formally request that Zoom:Cancel my annual subscription immediately. Stop all future automatic and recurring charges associated with this annual subscription.I only intended to use Zoom for one month. This an

Error codes: NoneDevice type: MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.0Zoom version: 5.16.6Details:  Am I losing my mind, or is it not possible to define/replace ZOOM keyboard shortcuts using the Mac laptop keyboard? I can set them up on my computer using an extended keyboard with keypad. But if I attempt to replace an existing shortcut (like to mute/unmute the audio or display/hide the my video) it won't allow me to edit the shortcut. If I access the app using Screen Sharing, I can change only the shortcuts using ONLY the other keys - like Home or End.  Is this defined anywhere? Do you need to use an extended keyboard in order to change/modify keyboard shortcuts? I didn't seen this mentioned anywhere. Or is there a Mac setting that would prohibit me from editing them? Thanks,GMAN55

Hi, is there a way to increase the visibility of of text on CX Analytics Dashboards that are added to digital signage. As this is displayed on a TV that is mounted it is hard to see the details on y axis, leaderboard and tables views. This is for a laptop with Zoom Rooms that is connected to a TV monitor, this laptop only displays a few dashboards that switch when displaying on the monitor. I have limited the amount of widgets on the dashboard and increased the widget sizes however the text does not scale only the visualizations. Increasing the resolution on the laptop screen does not help but wanted to check if there is a way or open feature request to have an option to change font sizes?

I want to enable closed captioning on my Zoom calls, but do I understand correctly that only the meeting host can do that?I don’t understand why Zoom doesn’t allow this. Is Zoom planning to update this?

I have Zoom events & webinar. We’d like to leverage the zoom platform to provide registrants on-demand access post webinar. I just don’t see it anywhere or how I can access it. Can someone please help?

Hi all -   I'm using Zoom on a Neat Bar system (neat bar + TVs), and with a recent software update, the camera is automatically enabling camera tracking. This is causing issues with the video as it does not frame the room correctly.   How can I disable this camera tracking permanently? I'd like it to start with a set framing of the room each time.    Thanks!

I recorded a Zoom meeting on Galaxy S9.  Does anyone know where I might find the recording?

I work with multilingual documents and have noticed that Hindi and Tamil text can sometimes behave differently depending on the application, font, or encoding being used. For anyone sharing DTP or older documents through Zoom, do you normally convert legacy-font text to Unicode first, or keep the original font-based workflow?Curious to hear what workflow others use, especially when documents need to be shared across different operating systems.

I was wondering if I can call my friend by her phone number but still see her face like I were to zoom her

Hello, we currently use the contact center to get inbound calls, but we also have our agents use their zoom phone to send out sms. We have seen that people will call the agents back through their zoom phone and when they are on that call they are getting a call through the contact center. Is there a way to prevent them from getting a call while on a call through their zoom phone?

I want to download the transcript from a one hour meeting. I had the AI recorder listen to. It says it cannot download it until because it’s processing. How long does this take?

Good Afternoon Could you please update me with my renewal date as my business has changed model and will need to cancel the renewal this year. Many ThanksElena Carvetta

I’d love to see Zoom add a feature that allows users to privately adjust how another participant’s voice sounds to them.Sometimes an incoming voice or microphone can sound very high-pitched, nasal, harsh, or otherwise difficult to listen to for long periods. Zoom could allow each listener to select a participant and use options such as:• Reduce harshness/high frequencies• Reduce nasal resonance or sibilance• Add warmth• Enhance speech clarity• Simple “Listening Comfort” sliderThe adjustment would affect only what the listener hears. The speaker’s actual voice would remain unchanged for everyone else. There could also be an optional Entertainment Mode with fun voice styles such as Movie Narrator, Robot, Cartoon, Game Announcer, etc. This could add another level of engagement for remote learning and younger users, while allowing hosts or schools to disable it when needed.I could see Personal Audio Comfort being useful for accessibility, sound sensitivity, listening fatigue, and long virtu

Help! I can't figure out how to turn off Center Stage on iPad Air. I've looked in settings, Zoom setting, while in a meeting.. Help!

We want to allow transcription during meetings for accessibility - the running transcript sidebar, not the flashing captions - but we don’t want participants to be able to save the transcripts. Is there a way to enable transcription but disable saving? Thanks!
