Hello,I am writing to inquire about the possibility of a refund for my Zoom subscription.My subscription payment was processed on February 5, 2026, but I have not used the service since the charge was made. I was not aware that the subscription would renew at that time, and I noticed the payment only afterward.I understand that, according to Zoom’s Terms of Service, charges are generally non-refundable once processed. However, since the subscription has not been used at all, I wanted to kindly ask whether an exception or any possible refund option might be available in this case.Thank you very much for your time and support. I have not been using Zoom meetings for some time and on 6 February my plan was inadvertently renewed. I have since cancelled the plan but would like to request a refund as I am not using Zoom meetings currently. My account name is Fritz Solms. Kind regards. Fritz

My son is 15, will be 16 in May.  He needs to have a zoom account setup with his name for online driving classes.  Because he's 15 it won't allow me to set an account up for him.

I've been reading that when I use my Yamaha MG10XU mixer, the voice output to zoom (and then to remote attendees) is reduced and I must increase the gain and consequently more noise.    Is this true?  I'm running W11 on a thinkpad i7 64 bit, 24gb Memory.  Using Ethernet or wifi connections?  Zoom Ver 6.5.12 Thank you for your assistance.  Peter

Hi - I'm trying to utilize a 3rd party survey link for meetings and I believed the setting was disabled by our IT team. However, when our IT team looked into it, they said that the 3rd party survey toggle was visible for a few days while they investigated in early January, but then disappeared from their settings at the end of January. They shared a screenshot with me that shows a box that says "Hosts will no longer be able to use 3rd-party survey links in newly and previously scheduled meetings."Is it true that 3rd party survey links are no longer able to be used at all? Or is it still an option, but the toggle moved to somewhere else recently? 

I have online music classes for a long time. Suddenly, from this week, two students encountered the same issue during the class, which is that the setting to original audio does not stop Zoom from auto-suppressing the sound. I can't hear their their piano playing at all, and all background noise disappeared too. I changed devices using a phone, iPad and Windows laptop, the issue persists. I'm sure it's not my receiving side's issue. It's the issue with the device of my students. They both use Apple products, iPhone and iPad. Is there an iPad upgrade that conflicts with the Zoom setting? Has anybody encountered the same issue as I did?

I have a one-time webinar I created in Events. It looks like it may go over the cap on our Unlimited Event Licence. Is there a way to add the Pay Per Attendee Add-On licence to my account so we can pay per attendee for any overages? Or is the only way to increase the attendee size to move up to the next size on the event's annual plan?

I schedule meetings through Zoom Pro regularly. For about two to three months now, I have not had breakout rooms available in my Zoom app (using Windows 11).I've tried contacting the support team who confirmed that everything in my account was set up correctly, but couldn't help me with the missing breakout rooms. Unfortunately, I cannot upload images as of yet. Things I have tried so far (all with the desired effect):go through all the settings in my profile for breakout rooms, checked several times whether breakout rooms were available (and Zoom support has confirmed that it is set-up correctly in my account)uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom to make sure I have the latest version availabletried hosting meetings both on Windows and iOStried making another person to the host in my meeting, but he did not have breakout rooms available then eithertried starting meetings directly from the app (instead of via link)Nothing. Since I quit Zoom between meetings, every time I join a new meeting via clicking on a Zoom link in my calendar, this window pops up:I do not use this window. I do not want this window to appear simply because I joined a meeting. I close this window every single time it opens. Is there anything I can do to prevent this window from opening every time I join a meeting?

Hi, I've spent 30 minutes searching for the answer to this.I enabled breakout rooms, but there was no icon in the menu. I restarted my Mac, restarted the Zoom app but still there is no breakout room icon. One tutorial said the BR icon is in 'More'. I have no More option.Any clues?I did see someone say they reinstalled the app and it fixed the issue. Is that as simple as trashing Zoom and then downloading the app again? Will my paid account automatically reconnect with the app? Is this what I should do?Thanks

Hey there. We're looking to migrate our non profit communications over to Zoom, including porting our toll-free number.  It seems like there's some challenges people have been running into.  So I thought I would try to get some info ahead of migrating. 1. Is the annual Workplace Pro Plus (with Phone) plan is eligible for the non-profit discount? 2. I've applied using Goodstack.  How long does it take for them to approve and send whatever is necessary to activate the 50% off? 3. With the Goodstack approval in place, what is the best way to avoid delays/problems and expedite getting a new non-profit account successfully setup? Thanks!

When your organization is approved for a Zoom Cares discount, does the discount code apply to all accounts associated with the organization or do you need to submit a code request for each individual account?

Hello I've been trying to port numbers away from Zoom with the PIN number provided in the Phone Section. However, my porting destination (ZohoVoice) has been reporting failures due to incorrect PIN.  How can I resolve this issue? Where can I get the correct PIN for porting away from ZOOM? thanks!

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the meeting link? We have a problem with "Zoom Bombing." Pranksters joining our meetings and performing lewd acts. To solve the problem we are instigating pre-registration, but having a new link would help.
