Already paid all invoices but still accout is suspended

    Thank you for joining Zoom community! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your account. 

    If your Zoom account is suspended for non-payment even after you paid, the key is to confirm the invoice status in the billing portal and then follow the reactivation steps.

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
    2. Go to Plans and Billing → Billing Management (or Invoices).
    3. Confirm the invoice(s) show Paid/Collected (not Past Due).
    4. If anything is still past due, pay the remaining balance and/or update your payment method.
