I wish to cancel my subscription

Subscription is paid by monthly credit card. I wish to cancel this as it is no longer required.

This Zoom Support article has step-by-step instructions on how to cancel your subscription:

This is the easiest and quickest way to cancel.

 

However, if you need additional assistance with this, please note that Zoom Community volunteers don’t have access to account information or ability to make changes to accounts.  Submit a Support Ticket for this directly to Zoom Staff at:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

 

Pick the Billing & Account Management request category:

 

 

Then enter your request, being sure to provide the email address of your account in the description, and choose "Cancelation" from the Request Type near the bottom:

 

Sorry to see you go!  But keep that Basic account so you can easily join meetings hosted by others.
