Just got a 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the newest Zoom app... I cannot for the life of me stop this camera from auto focusing and moving with me. All the help documents tell to do things that don't exist in Zoom Workplace!!!  It's so annoying and every time I move a hand the camera zooms in and out, I want it to go back to solid!

When I schedule a meeting or accept an invitation to a meeting the invite shows up in my calendar but the invite doesn't include the link for me to cclick on to open the meeting. And I don't receive email confirmations for "My meeting"  Does anyoen else have this problem or kinwo how it can be resolved?

When I log into the desktop client on Windows 10 PC and click on Apps, it comes up saying Loading Zoom Apps with spinning wheel and stays that way.  I have downloaded several game apps that say they have been added, but I can't seem to get to them.  Other family members all use Macs and have no issues.  As the only PC user I need help getting to the games I've supposedly added.  Any and all suggestions are most welcome.  Thank you.

During Covid, I built an assistive device which the device being used for Zoom meetings sees as a keyboard.It has buttons on it that allow for very quick and easy access to two functions, Mic Mute, and Raising your Hand. It works very well on Windows, though I have not had a user using Mac to test it on that platform.I inquired about this first question in 2021 or so, and I was told it was actually being worked on. I understand why keyboard shortcuts for toggling Mute and the Hand are used, as the user most of the time can see the indicators on screen. Assistive devices, though would work so much better if there was separate keys for Muting, and Unmuting, as well as Raising the hand, and Lowering the hand. I would never suggest removing the current keys, but perhaps keys that perform these functions could be added? Could that be possible?Another question I have has to do with mobile devices, which more and more are being used with keyboards. I feel that it would be of great benefit for

We are a small non-profit with a Zoom Pro account that we share amongst different people.  That is, we have a number of different meetings all owned by the same Zoom account, but  different people run them and all those people have a need to log into Zoom using our one Zoom Pro account in order to run the meeting as Host..    Let's say that the one Zoom account is "***********" and note that one person only can log into that email. Today, for the first time, someone got the message, "We detected an unusual sign-in from a device or location you don't usually use. If this was you, enter the code below to sign in to Zoom"  and, of course, Zoom sent the code to *********** but the person running the meeting was not the person who has access to the email! You see the problem.  How can we turn off that security email?  I am aware that if we enable 2 Factor Authentication the verification email will not be used - but I don't thi

why all my recording conference GONE today? 

 HiRunning MacPro here and trying to output audio to a different sound device.  I have several aggregate devices that I set up for different scenarios.  The are all hosted by the same 32ch interface.  This particular set up is supposed to take audio out on ch 15-16 but instead, It keeps playing it on channels 1 & 2.    Is it because Zoom does not recognize aggregate devices?  It plays it on first two channels of the default interface even though in preferences is chosen an aggregate device. I hope you understand what am saying 🙂 Any ideas? Thanks 🙂   

Hello, Since my last update, my background has been blurred on my MacBook Air (Ventura 13.6.9). I am using Zoom workplace version 6.3.5, but I have had this issue on the previous Zoom update as well. No virtual backgrounds are enabled or any other effects. I do not have this issue with Zoom work place on my i phone or my i pad. I have read the threads about the Face Time camera settings being the issue, but it works fine on my phone and I pad, so I assume this isn't the issue....

I would like to use the Zoom Lobby to collect the attendee's acceptance of consent (for example, consent that the session is recorded). I can put the appropriate message in the lobby description. May I also have an "Accept" button that then places the attendee in the session? Ideally, there would also be a "decline" button that exits Zoom. Thanks.

I hope you're all doing well. I've been encountering a bit of a challenge lately and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. When I try to share my screen during a Sigma Free Fire gaming session on Zoom, I've noticed some annoying voice issues.The audio seems to be distorted or unclear, making it difficult for others to hear me properly. I've tried adjusting my settings both in the game and on Zoom, but the problem persists. Has anyone else faced a similar issue or perhaps found a solution to improve the audio quality while screen sharing during gaming sessions?

Is Zoom Rooms a service you have to have as part of the pro membership? We have 2 users/admins and do not split anything into separate rooms for small group discussion. Is that what Zoom Rooms is for? We tutor one on one and sometimes use the whiteboard and do share our screen, etc. a lot. Does it cost extra?If it is not a necessary part of the account in our case, is there a way to delete Zoom Rooms?Thanks in advance for your help!Terrie

Help!    I have tried everything:  - uninstall and reinstall - audio test (correct  - only - speakers and volume up to 100%) - Clearing cache - checking permissions - adjusting computer audio settings (various...remind me)   This is only happening on my new laptop. When I sign into my old one it works fine.    What the issue it:  When I test speakers, you basically can't hear anything. When I put my head really close to the computer, I can hear the very very faint ring tone. Computer audio is on. Sometimes it makes a brief sound or crack before going quiet. The microphone test works perfectly.    Any ideas? The new computer is a ASUS Zenbook pro.

I tried touch up my appearance.  Hated the orange lipstick effect.  Toggled it off and rebooted computer.  Still have orange lips despite the change/reversal.  Please advise how to rectify.  

I just started my own small business and set up a zoom phone number.  I am still working part-time at my former job until they can find a replacement.  My former employer also used Zoom phones.   Here is the question, I'd like to connect to both systems during the workday on one computer, so I can monitor both while working.  Is there any way to do this or is the only solution to open the different systems on different computers? Thanks for any insight.

I used Production Studio to make a scene template for my Zoom Event. How do I make use of that template for the various sessions in my Event? The documentation is very silent on scene templates.

Within the past month or so, whenever I schedule a meeting and add invitees, they do not receive the email. I have to send a separate email with a Zoom link that I copied from the original. How do I fix this? It is very frustrating that people are not receiving the emails for the meeting. Please help! Thanks, Chris

I work with a group of kids who discovered a way to scribble all over the screen as I'm presenting, as well as all the emojis at their disposal. Is there a way to disable this scribbling feature? I don't mind interactive chatting (to a limit) but the drawings are a bit disruptive. Grateful if you can help out!

I cannot add/change my virtual background because Zoom crashes when the open file dialog box appears. The cursor will spin for a minute, then zoom will crash. Any troubleshooting ideas would be welcome. I have already uninstalled using the clean uninstaller tool, and then reinstalled. The problem persists and occurs on Zoom only.This is what it looks like just before crashing. The dialog appears, the cursor changes to the "waiting cursor",  you cannot interact with the screen, then it crashes. It's not intermittent - it's every single time.  **** UPDATE: 2022-01-25 *****I just updated to Version 5.9.3 (3169) and the issue is resolved.
