I recorded a meeting, and it couldn’t convert the recorded file. Every time, it fails at 21/22% without showing any error.

I am based in Singapore and a subscriber of Zoom Pro. Can someone please advise me on how to change my billing method to Bank Transfer instead of Credit card payment. This is a corporate policy to make all payments via bank transfers in my company, thus, this change is required.Please assist.

I also have been trying to cancel my subscription. I thought I cancelled it but realise that it has been running for nearly a year after I thought I cancelled. My group finished about a year ago but I noticed on my Barclaycard statement that I have been charged for a whole year after my group finished. Can someone please tell me how to cancel my subscription as I cannot afford to keep paying this money when I haven’t used it for nearly a year.

When pulling reports from Zoom, the polling report does not include any names and email. Is there any workaround for a fix? Kind Regards,ITSD

A question from a new user. I have set up weekly team meetings. Is it possible for meeting participants to help create a new agenda ahead of each meeting within Zoom, or do we have to do this externally?Many thanks.

Para ello, en primer lugar es necesario agregar la cuenta como usuario externo en el inquilino. Use otra cuenta.¿Alguien puede ayudar a saber que es lo que pasa y como solucionarlo?

I only want to get a ZOOM subscription for 6 months in advance. Is there a way to get a 6 month advance subscription except for 1-year subscription cancellation, monthly subscription?

I signed up for Zoom because I urgently needed it for one meeting. I intended to cancel Zoom, but as I recollect, I couldn't figure out how (I believe because I did not know which email was connected to my Zoom). Two years ago I came here asking for a refund. Zoom did not responsd, so I assumed there was nothing else I could do. I have seen others receive instructions to contact Billing by signing into the Zoom account, but please remember that this is not an option for me as I don't know which email address is attached to the account that's being charged, so I can't sign in.I've now been charged over $300 for a subscription I never wanted to keep. After I paid for it, I do not believe I ever even touched the free trial version (again, due to not knowing what email was connected to the free trial). Can someone please help me identify the account that's being billed? Windows 11; HP laptopWhen testing speakers I can’t hear the tone; Testing microphone work well, I can hear tone well. I switched to head phones, could hear but volume is very low even though my volume set to max. Feels like volume starts high and immediately goes down.Have no problem with speaker in other apps.Did anyone have similar problem, what was the solution? Thank you,

I just hosted a meeting in zoom in hopes that it would automatically record the session. Can someone please tell me how to start a meeting (I will be doing a mock role play interview) and need to record and send the link for an assignment. I thought I recorded 11 mins but I guess I didn’t as I cannot locate it anywhere in my recordings, it says empty. I have a MAC if that matters.

Our company has been getting spam Zoom invites for webinars, and because we are all on iOS, it is automatically included in our calendars, etc. As they are valid Zoom meeting requests, even just declining these meetings is a pain, so the admin has just blocked any email from zoom.us, and told everyone to use "something else." Is there a way to report these spam to Zoom? Zoom does not do customer support very well.

I just hosted a meeting and recorded it to Zoom Cloud.  At the end of the meeting I clicked leave meeting like everyone else and that was it.  I thought that was where/when I would name etc my recording.  But my recording is nowhere to be found.   What did I do wrong and can I find it ?

I use Zoom to teach Korean Professionals. I use the transcript feature to assist in administering lessons and offer feedback. Although those in the meeting are speaking English, The transcript is recording what they are saying in Korean. This has never happened before. Any insight as to how to change this would be greatly appreciated
