I’ve noticed in the last few months that when I use the GCal integration to add a Zoom link to an event, it automatically adds a docs.zoom.us link for a meeting agenda. It adds it in an uneditable field, so I cannot delete this link, even though I don’t want to create meeting agendas via Zoom docs. This is confusing for my attendees as they can’t find the actual agenda, which I put in the description field.Is this a setting I can turn off?

zoom wont let me cancel the free trial through the website. They tell me to go to google play but google play doesn’t count it as a subscription so it doesn’t show the free trial. I need to cancel the free trial but zoom keeps telling me to go to google play. Who do I contact to cancel the free trial?

I signed up for what I thought was a monthly subscription to Zoom, but it’s only billed monthly. It’s an annual subscription, which I don’t want. I need to talk to a human, but the virtual agent keeps telling me to sign in, which I did. How do I get help from a human directly? Thanks!

I tried to use ZOOM in my Windows 11 PC and I cannot login because the software requires me to do an update to version 6.7.2 or higher in order to continue using ZOOM. I need to do that update but the ZOOM program asks me to do it by contacting the IT team. The message displayed on the screen is as follows: “Your app version needs to be 6.7.2 (26346) or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app.” I have ZOOM installed also in my Android smartphone, with the same ZOOM account, moshe.goldstein@mail.huji.ac.il. The ZOOM’s version of that installation is 6.7.5 (37428). Because of that, I do not have any problem to sign in to ZOOM from my smartphone.   Until now my ZOOM account  has been a Hebrew University of Jerusalem “Licensed” account. I retired from my position at the Hebrew University and I need to discontinue the “Licensed” status of my account and downgrade it to “Guest” in order to disconnect it from my past employer’s license, and then be able to do that up

The new Zoom update has enabled me to see my scheduled meetings on the right side of my chat window. I don't want to see my scheduled meetings. Does anyone know how to get rid of this view? I just want to see my chats.

Hello, Is it possible to embed the registration form directly on the webinar plus event landing page, so that a user does not need to visit two pages to register? The regular webinar registration page does this, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it on the webinar plus.  Thank you

Hello, we need custom questions to be added within the normal registration form in a particular order. At the moment they fall at the bottom of the form which breaks the logical flow of questions.Any chance we can add this feature please? I know custom forms can be built but other vendors like ON24 offers this off the shelf and we are used to it. Thank you!

I just created Zoom account today.  Where can I find the Zoom password for my account?  The password I can tell others to use when joining my Zoom meeting.  I don't see it in my Zoom Profile.

Does anyone have a similar problem, what should I do?😭 Every now and then, when I connect to a conference without a specified start time, I am not visible in the waiting room (and if at that moment I create my own conference, no one is visible in the waiting room). Everything is fine with my device (connecting from another device also does not work), the Internet is great, the application is updated to the latest version (and I also tried deleting it and downloading it again), Windows, BIOS, drivers, etc. are also updated to the latest version. I even created a second account - nothing helps in instantly resolving the situation. The support service does not help me at all, they write monotonous advice and nothing helps!😡

I am using the zoom mobile app on a Galaxy S22.  When I attempt to share a PowerPoint Point presentation using the share screen single app option but it will open for a second then the app no longer shows and the option to share reappears. 

I have a HubSpot form that is meant to register people to a Zoom webinar using the meeting ID. I have three of these forms and three different webinars active. For some of the forms on HubSpot there is no errors with a specific contact registering. However for the same contact on just a different webinar I am getting this error back from HubSpot and the workflow is not completing: "Got User not found error from Zoom API".All the zoom webinar ID’s are correct. The Zoom integration in HubSpot can see all three webinars and can sync to them. The strangest part is that the user with the same email can register for one webinar no problem but the other two return the error.

Just got a 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the newest Zoom app... I cannot for the life of me stop this camera from auto focusing and moving with me. All the help documents tell to do things that don't exist in Zoom Workplace!!!  It's so annoying and every time I move a hand the camera zooms in and out, I want it to go back to solid!

Hello, I work in a library and some of our (senior citizen and otherwise lonely) customers have asked if there is a way to find zoom events that are just generally open to the public. I have read about how to list events on a public calendar, but I can't seem to find a way to access the public calendar from a basic/free account. Thank you!

Every time I try to join a meeting, even one of my own,  I get this screen:I click on "Launch Meeting", and nothing happens except that I get "Having issues with Zoom, join from your browser"Then I click on "Download Now", it downloads, I click on the exe file, finally I can join.Every time.  Every dang time.

Good afternoon, Zoom Team and Community. I would like to request a feature request to be added to Zoom Webinars. Our college loves conducing single-session and multi-session classes using Zoom Webinars for the following reasons: Automatic reminder emails, automatic follow-up emails, class attendees can’t accidentally or unknowingly turn their camera or microphone on, and guest speakers are able to be added as panelists.  So many reasons to love Zoom Webinars.One negative: When hosting multi-session classes (back to back Wednesdays at 1:00pm, for example) where all registrants attend both classes -- it’s not possible to Import from CSV.  As a result, we have to pay extra for a Zapier account for multi-session webinars. Request: Please allow the option to ‘Import from CSV’ for multi-session Zoom Webinars -- just like we’re able to for a single-session Zoom Webinar.I am more than happy to explain in greater detail if needed. Thanks, Chris C.St. Petersburg, Florida  

I have “Enable Waiting Room” active in the Zoom web settings, but normally use the option on the in-meeting Participants window to “Disable Waiting Room” after the meeting starts so I don’t have to keep manually admitting the latecomers.  But with the new update, that option to “Disable Waiting Room” seems to have been removed.  Is this correct?  Is there a way to turn that back on?  Is that controlled by a local admin setting? Note that I’m not seeing “Disable Waiting Room” as a greyed out option, it’s not visible at all on any setting screens or drop downs.  Also, I do also have a passcode set, so the waiting room wasn’t my only security setting in case there was a “must have one security option active” rule.

We have Teams Meeting rooms from several vendors and they’re all having this issue.  The join buttons shows fine, the complete Meeting URL with Meeting ID and Passcode shows in the room’s Outlook calendar invite, but the room device gets the “Incorrect or Incomplete Meeting Details Please provide the correct Meeting ID and Passcode” error when trying to join.  I can “Join with an ID” successfully.  I have an endpoint home to eliminate our network and it does it there as well.  I’ve gone round and round with our sys admins to make sure mimecast isn’t rewriting the URLs but, like I said, it is not being re-written.  Also, webex works.  I have tried various different ways of creating the invite, from the Zoom Workplace to the Outlook Plug in and I even tried manually typing in the Meeting URL, Meeting ID, and Passcode from one invite to another but it still doesn’t work.  I see several others on the internet with similar issues, but no resolution.  Any ideas?

Hi, is there a way to increase the visibility of of text on CX Analytics Dashboards that are added to digital signage. As this is displayed on a TV that is mounted it is hard to see the details on y axis, leaderboard and tables views.This is for a laptop with Zoom Rooms that is connected to a TV monitor, this laptop only displays a few dashboards that switch when displaying on the monitor. I have limited the amount of widgets on the dashboard and increased the widget sizes however the text does not scale only the visualizations. Increasing the resolution on the laptop screen does not help but wanted to check if there is a way or open feature request to have an option to change font sizes? 

Version 6.6.6 and then updated to 6.7.5. I am not able to get closed captioning to work for the meetings I start.  I have used the Meetings/Advanced settings on the Host login and it shows Closed Captioning under the  Accessibility tab.  I can even change the font and placement.  I have also enabled closed captioning under the settings.  Despite this - Closed captioning does not show up on my zoom screen or any other members screen during the meeting. Most of our members join the meeting using a meeting ID, they are not logged in.  As the Host, I am logged in.  I also looked on my screen and the screen of another meeting member for the CC symbol on the control line - it is not there. I did look under “More” and it wasn’t there.  We had a member try clicking on the green shield on the upper line of the zoom screen, the one next to the time.  It shows the meeting information, but there is nothing about closed captioning.  We would like to be able to offer closed captioning to people who

I have enabled RTMS-related scopes, configured Event Subscriptions with a webhook endpoint, and enabled the RTMS surface/auto-start option where available.When the app runs inside the Zoom desktop client and calls:zoomSdk.startRTMS()the SDK returns:code: 40316msg: "This api is not supported"error: "API hasn't passed marketplace verification"Questions:1. Is `zoomSdk.startRTMS()` available in Local Test / Development apps, or does it require Marketplace review/verification first?2. Is there a way to make Zoom breakout room chat settings such that when an individual leaves a room and reenters the room they are able to see the chat from BEFORE they were in the room? I am not talking about continuous chat for internal organizations - these are external folks participating in an event with breakout room engagement.
