Please add an option to disable auto-capitalization in Zoom Chat on Linux

The auto-correction in Zoom Chat is frustrating. There is currently no way to turn it off on Linux/Fedora.

For example, when I type:

ich habe am 01.01. eine Nachricht erhalten

Zoom automatically changes it to:

Ich habe am 01.01. Eine Nachricht erhalten

It capitalizes both the first character of the message and the word after 01.01., apparently treating the date as the end of a sentence.

I have disabled IBus/Typing Booster auto-capitalization, and the behavior still occurs only in the Zoom desktop client. This appears to be Zoom’s own chat editor.

Please add a setting to disable all automatic capitalization and text corrections. Users should be able to send exactly the text they type.

Hi @Roland Detterbeck, would you mind checking the settings screen and toggle below? Try disabling it to see if it helps as a temporary workaround.
