I love the mini window that appears when you minimize the main display window.  It no longer appears when I minimize.  How do I restore this?  Allows me to see my audience while still viewing information on screen.  I’m running Version: 7.1.5 (43453)

Bonjour je voudrai savoir comment faire plusieurs reuinion en simultané en meme temps au meme horaires mais pas avec les meme client merci pour votre réponse et votre aideCédric

I have had a Pro subscription to Zoom, from 2020, which I have used to chat with friends around the world as well as the following of yearly Shiatsu seminars, three to five times a year. With the new choices and payments, I am looking for advice as to which would suit me, considering my usage. I would like to continue to plan Zoom sessions which could last up to 4 hours, should this be needed, without having to change to another subscription. As Zoom is not so easily available by email and I live in Nederland can anybody advise me?

I have a MacBook Pro and Chrome browser that I am using for a live music recital.  I struggle with knowing exactly how to set up the meeting with the correct audio settings for the Listener/Viewer.  Do I determine the correct audio settings when I create the meeting or when I actually begin the meeting?  I did this before and something wasn’t right but couldn’t determine what exactly was wrong. Grateful for some guidelines.Ed

I'm new to zoom and there's no record button when I host. I even checked the menu under MORE and there's nothing. This app is useless for classes.

I sign in using my gmail account however in my account -> Settings-> Main & Calendar: it s showing an old email I no longer have access too. This prevents any invites I get in gmail from showing up within Zoom. I have tried removing/updating this within Zoom but it keeps returning. Any ideas?

We're holding an online event and are not sure yet whether we will get more than 100 people. Will it be possible to send the Zoom link round. Then, if lots of people sign up, buy a one month add-on for meetings with up to 500 people - and still use the original meeting link? Many thanksClaire

I’m the Owner and only admin/user of an individual Zoom Workplace Basic account. Under Account Management > Account Settings > Meeting > Security, Meeting Passcode and PMI Passcode are locked ON at the account level. Waiting Room is also enabled.I understand Zoom requires meetings to have a security option. However, current Zoom documentation says this requirement can be satisfied by Passcode, Waiting Room, or Only authenticated users can join.I searched the Community before posting and found several older threads describing this exact issue. In one, a Community Manager referenced Zoom's May 2020 policy requiring passcodes. In another, a Community Super Champion created a new Basic account and reproduced the locked-passcode behavior, but specifically stated that he could not find documentation saying Basic users must have a passcode and therefore assumed it had become a Basic-account requirement. My portal currently says: “Per new security guidelines, you cannot change this set

Starting a new meeting as a host, sent invitations for participants as usual, but when they try to join, few of them weren't able to connect video (automatically connected in "audio-only" mode). They can't see the host and host can't see them!! Why? Why only few people and why all of a sudden meeting invitation chose to connect them with audio only mode!?!

Until yesterday, we had the option to download the raw transcripts from Zoom calls. Today, it has disappeared. Was it removed or moved to a different location?

Hello Can someone help me please - I had a zoom meeting that I was the host and I recorded it and I cannot find it - before it would be emailed to me and now nothing - not in my recordings & transcript tab either. Have I lost it ?

I’m new to using Zoom and still trying to understand its basic features. I’ve recently started attending online meetings and noticed that some people record sessions for later use. However, I’m not sure how this recording process works, who is allowed to record, and where the recordings are saved. Can someone explain in a simple way how to record meetings on Zoom and what steps I need to follow as a beginner?

The new Zoom update has enabled me to see my scheduled meetings on the right side of my chat window. I don't want to see my scheduled meetings. Does anyone know how to get rid of this view? I just want to see my chats.

Hi All,When I have zoom running on my desktop chat notifications are not showing up on my iphone. When I exit Zoom on the desktop then I get notifications on the iphone.  And yes, I have the “...even if i am active on the desktop” checked in the iphone app settings.

I have three documents, Word and PDF.  How do I upload those into my zoom meeting so they are available to everyone at the meeting?

Hello, I have been googling and searching this and no one has an answer. I have an NEXIGO camera. Auto frame is off for the camera settings itself. This does not happen in OBS, camera, skype, or anything else. ONLY in Zoom. I want to know how to turn off auto frame. It happens on every device. I'm sick of Zoom mods saying it's the camera when It's obviously in Zoom. I'm not sure how to turn this off. I have acting classes and keep getting yelled at for it moving. Please tell me how to turn it off.

I am attending my first zoom event, and I don’t see any sort of microphone option. I wish there was something confirming that I am muted. Does anyone know if the lack of any sort of mic display means that no one can hear me? I completely muted my computer mic after a minute but I’m just curious.

For a couple of weeks, my Zoom Workspace client freezes for a couple of seconds after almost every interaction with it.  If I manage it into the meeting room, the meeting itself is almost issue-free. During a freeze, GNOME opens a window offering me to terminate Zoom Workspace (or to wait for it). Thus, the message queue is not processed by Zoom anymore in these moments. The technical support has been unresponsive so far. Google search suggests that if at all, only very few other people experience the same problem. Thus, something in my elaborate Debian configuration is in conflict with Zoom Workspace. How can I proceed, possibly finding the problem by myself? Can one activate log files or enable debug output on the command line?My basic configuration:Debian 13 GNOME 48 Wayland AMD graphics

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

Hello, I am using a MacBook Pro Apple M1 running macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 I am using the correct version of Zoom for Silicone Version: 5.17.5 (29101) During a meeting everything is fine until I open the chat or participants box and then my zoom freezes and I have to force quit. Once I open it again, it works fine and I can open the chat and participants.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. I have also contacted Apple Support who said they do not think the problem is their end, they think it's Zoom. However they got me to reinstall Sonoma just in case but the problem persists. It only happens with Zoom and has been ongoing for a good few months now.

I would like to record a meeting. In the recording I don’t want the participants to appear on video, but they should be allowed to have cameras on during the meeting. How can I do that?

Hi - I just did my first Webinar. I recorded it and I have easy access ot the recording and the participant's log. However, I cannot find the Q&A log. There were a few comments/questions I did not have time to answer during the webinar, and I would like to go back to those people.  So ... is there a record of the webinar Q&A?  Thank you!Irina

I have a virtual meeting coming up but am not familiar with Zoom.  I am hard of hearing and have cochlear implants.  I have a device to stream through the processors that I can plug into the computer.  How do I set the sound settings in the meeting for that?  Is there any way to practice to make sure it works?
