How do I apply for a refund  from Zoom converter I cancelled my subscription om day due . Can anyone advise as to where / who I contact 

We hold a meeting 5x per year.  Meeting invites are sent to our mailing list via Mailchimp.  We also produce flyers to encourage those not on our mailing list to attend.  We also post the flyer on Facebook and Instagram.  Over the last 5 years of hosting these events, we have never had more than 100 people register.  For our February event we have over 350 "people" register.  Our audience is typically those that reside in the SF Bay Area.  I suspect that many of these "people" are not real because 117 of them registered BEFORE we advertised the meeting and many of them are from outside California - plus a few from outside the United States.  I think that there is a glitch in Zoom's system but cannot speak with a live support person.  I have gone back and forth with service tickets - but that process has not been helpful.  I also noticed that previous meetings of this type are no longer available in the past meetings view (other pas

Due to the sale of my company last year,  I no longer have the email address that my paid Zoom account is linked to. I still have the password, but when I try to Log In to Zoom, I am asked to provide a code -that is sent to the email that I no longer have access to - so I am unable to proceed with logging in to the paid Zoom account. I need to change email address & billing info associated with the paid account, but am unable to do so unless I can log in to the account.  I have tried following the steps provided on the 'help' page, but those steps require logging in to change the email address on file - which I cannot do due to the 2FA that I cannot access.  I also was able to email customer support directly (from my new email address), but got messages that "Our records indicate that the email address provided in the request is not associated with an active Zoom account so we are unable to respond to your open ticket."  This response also said to contact custom

We started using Zoom fax recently. Our team has one feature request- to receive email notifications of fax transmissions (success / failure). I know this information can be found via the Transmission Report, but the request is to receive notifications automatically. Appreciate this request being considered for a future release.

Participant tab ... gives the option to make a sound when a person enters the waiting room. I would like this to be permanently on, so I don't make people wait because I am looking at another screen. It looks like I have to enable sound on entry every time I start a new meeting.  Can this be made a default?Thanks

I am not receiving the email confirmations after registering for events within the company.  I see the "successful registration" message, but never receive the email with the link to add to calendar/attend the sessions. 

I went into my Zoom today, which I use for personal reasons to stay in touch with family. I opened on my desktop, per usual, signed in, and it immediately took me to "Zoom Workplace" and all my scheduled meetings were gone. I had to go onto Zoom's website and login to my account there in order to find them.  I do not want Zoom workplace.  I do not want to be charged for Zoom workplace. I don't want to have to sign in through the website. If I find out I'm being charged extra for a service I neither wanted nor use, I'm cancelling my account and moving to another online meeting platform.  Does anyone know how to switch back, or have experienced this?

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in Zoom, never in MS Teams or FaceTime. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom and even purchased a new 4k camera to see if that helps. Still the same freezing issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi I’ve reviewd the existing threads, but none seem to address my issue. The background currently is a Zoom default virtual background, not one I uploaded. I am unable to turn it off. I’ve alreaduyChecked my Virtual background setting Attempted to select “none” Upgraded my subscriptionNothing is working. What are the next steps.  

Hello, I am trying to change the email address in my profile, and get this error:  Unable to update email(Error code: 33000). The support chatbot recommended I try to create a new account.  When I do this, I get the same error code. I don't see any information about this error code in the Knowledge Base, and I do not have a support contract.Any help would be appreciated. 

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

Hi all, I cancelled my zoom subscription a year ago and haven’t since used the service as no longer required. I have been charged this year and, after logging in, the cancellation was never processed. Any advice please to get my refund. 

Hi,  While in a zoom meeting on my macbook, when i try to mute/unmute myself using airpods call control (press once by default) it doesn't work and give me a message "Can't control mic with Airpod Pro" . Why is that? Is it a bug?  The same functionality works when i join zoom from iPhone or iPad, so how we can make it work on macs also? Please help this is really very useful for productivity when zoom window is buried somewhere (it could be in different desktop or under so many windows) and i need to unmute quickly  ThanksAiman 

How do I turn off Center Stage video setting for PC? This is the new video feature that zooms in and out on your face as you move around while your camera is on during a Zoom video meeting. There's a thread in how to fix this, which is different for Mac and PC users. For PC, it says there's a "Center Stage" video setting you have to uncheck in Zoom Video Settings, however I've looked everywhere and I don't think it exists.  I've reached out to Zoom Support for help and the conclusion with them was that they have a solution for Mac users, but nothing as of now for PC.  Has anyone figured this out yet? I know I'm not the only one here with this frustration... 

I have none checked for background and it's still blue. I've deleted the app from all of my devices and it is still showing up.  Any help is appreciated 

I have done everything according to the videos trying to remove the virtual background. I've gone to settings, in meeting advance, virtual backgrounds, and turned it off. I've even reset it. That is supposed to remove the uploaded picture from the system altogether....and it's still on there. The videos are old that they sent me in the chat. It says there is a button to choose "none." On mine it is a button - turn virtual backgrounds on or off. I've logged out and then back in again....it's still on. Every option in the chat doesn't pertain - any thoughts?

Hi, my audio works fine if I'm only speaking or only playing music, but I can't get them to work at the same time. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to resolve it? Thanks

I have “Enable Waiting Room” active in the Zoom web settings, but normally use the option on the in-meeting Participants window to “Disable Waiting Room” after the meeting starts so I don’t have to keep manually admitting the latecomers.  But with the new update, that option to “Disable Waiting Room” seems to have been removed.  Is this correct?  Is there a way to turn that back on?  Is that controlled by a local admin setting? Note that I’m not seeing “Disable Waiting Room” as a greyed out option, it’s not visible at all on any setting screens or drop downs.  Also, I do also have a passcode set, so the waiting room wasn’t my only security setting in case there was a “must have one security option active” rule.

Hi all, Is anyone else having problems with Goodstack verification for the Zoom nonprofits discount?  We've spent a month going back and forth with them and while they agree that we are a nonprofit, they say that because of the services we provide (we help people file their tax returns for free through the IRS VITA program) we are considered a "financial services" organization and not eligible.   The eligibility criteria that is on Zoom's website (https://www.zoom.com/en/zoom-cares/#zoomfornonprofits) doesn't say that anything about the types of services a nonprofit needs to provide to be eligible - just the budget size, tax exempt status, and some types of organizations, which we meet.  We're a 501(c)(3), budget of under $150k, and not a government, school, hospital, etc.   Is there some secret code or hidden criteria for what organizations Zoom will and will not support?  Or some magic words to help Goodstack follow what Zoom says are the requirements for the program on their website

Greetings all, I recently downloaded Zoom for my laptop and can't get myself ready for meetings. More specifically, I'm unable to get my camera and USB mic to work, even though I've been using these without incident on Teams and other conferencing platforms. For instance, if I go to video settings, my camera's light is turned on, but the preview is just a black screen. Accessing these settings causes the Zoom client to hang - forcing me to choose to end task - yet my camera's light stays on, and I have to disable and re-enable the camera app from Windows settings to reset the camera. On the audio side of things, the speakers' test works fine, but not the mics'. Testing both the built-in and USB mic yields nothing. I tried the solutions found in Zoom's knowledge base. I uninstalled and reinstalled the client, updated Windows, drivers, restarted my laptop,  and checked the relevant permissions, to no avail. I'm running Windows 10 on an HP Probook. Looking forward

Hi All,In a recent update, I noticed that I can no longer toggle the original sound for musicians option on the top of the main screen.  I can change it completely in audio settings, but that's a pain if I want to go back and forth during a meeting.  For instance, I teach piano over Zoom.  When I want to play something for a student, I turn original sound on.  But if I'm typing a student's notes, I don't want the clacking of the keyboard to be heard.  So before, it was really easy to toggle on the main screen.  Now it seems you can only change it in audio settings. Anyone else having an issue with this or has found a solution like a shortcut? Thanks.
