My company provides hybrid and virtual event production solutions that integrate the Zoom Meeting SDK. We use the SDK's live transcription feature to provide live captioning for webcast audiences.We've see that Portuguese is still not available as a supported language in the Meetng SDK's transcription implementation — despite the fact that Portuguese is supported in Zoom's native client (both for automated captions and as a default language in the interpretation feature). This issue has been brought up before, but I have not seen a response from Zoom.This creates a real business problem for us. Portuguese is the 6th most spoken language in the world and the primary language of Brazil, one of the largest and most active corporate events markets globally. We are currently unable to serve Portuguese-speaking event clients through our SDK-based platform.This appears to be an SDK parity issue rather than a missing language capability — Zoom clearly has Portuguese ASR/captioning infrastructu

Hi dear community members,I hosted recently an online masterclass and I hit record & stop two times. So there are two archives in the cloud: the first one (36 seconds), the second one (1 hour two minutes).I’d love to delete the first archive, because it has no content, and leave the last one.I see both at the same time in the list of the recordings, and the system lets me see them one after another, but I want to delete the first one and leave the second one and share it with the attendees.Do you know how can I do it? Hi. I have spent a few hours looking up how to set up Zoom healthcare.  I already have a Zoom one pro account, and anytime I try to add Zoom healthcare, the website just brings me back to my current plan, with no option to obtain Zoom healthcare.  Also, I keep reading from multiple people on Zoom community that I need to obtain a BAA in order to be HIPAA complaint.  I have tried calling the sales team but no one actually picks up the phone.     Can someone please explain how I can obtain a BAA.  This has become rather time consuming.  Need help!   Thank you

I have not had this problem until recently, but every single time I try to log into my laptop while my desktop is connected to Zoom, it will log me out of Zoom on my desktop, even if I’m in a meeting. There used to be the option for me to login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time so that I could switch the meeting from one device to the other. I can no longer do that. What are the remedies? Is this an issue with a recent update? This happens with every single account that I have for Zoom. My Zoom accounts are free, but according to search Zoom states that you can be logged into two computers simultaneously. What is going wrong? This is driving me crazy.

I run training sessions using Zoom meetings.I used to ask trainees to send direct messages to answer some questions to test their knowledge and I would see all their answers as part of the main chat thread.Recently direct messages now all pop out into separate conversations, meaning I need to click on each one separately to see answers. I've therefore had to ask trainees not to use direct messages as with 10 trainees it means I can no longer just quickly glance to see whether everyone has the correct answer without them being able to copy answers from others.Is it possible to toggle this option on and off so I can choose whether to have a single thread with all messages in the chat or separate threads for each conversation?

When I tried to use my virtual backgrounds today all my choices are gone except blur and none. Can't figure out what happened. I checked my settings and my options were correct. I then signed out and back in. When I did that Zoom mentioned that there recently was a sign in from different location. I don't think I did that since I usually use same computer. To get back in I had a code. Could these issues be related?

I have a new 7th generation Surface Laptop and zoom states that it does not support virtual backgrounds (or filters for that matter) on my device.  The specs for my laptop are:Processor Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz 3.42 GHzInstalled RAM 32.0 GB (31.3 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processorPen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points Does anyone know what's up with this?  Am I to assume that zoom backgrounds will not work on my brand new laptop?? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

my recorded video is not opening

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I am unable to see the option to record while on a zoom meeting through my iPhone. I click on the three dots but the option is not there to record nor save to system. My classmates are able to record and are using the free version as well even during my zoom meeting they are able to record.

My subscription just renewed today. I would like to cancel it immediately and have this “new” months charge reimbursed if at all possible 

For some strange reason, I do not have the ability to add a reaction emoji to Zoom chat messages. They are enabled on my Zoom instance and also on another host's Zoom where this happens. Everyone else in the group can add emojis, but whether I hover, long click, right-click, double click, etc. on a message, I never get the reaction bubble that lets me add an emoji. Before anyone suggests this, I have already gone into my meeting settings to ensure that reactions are enabled. I'm on a MacBook Pro and I have a paid Zoom account. Any help would be appreciated - thank you!

I would say that it is unfair to auto renew with no notice, wouldn’t you? I no longer use (and can no longer afford) the service and would have cancelled if I had seen an auto renewal notice email. I think I have a case for a refund. 

I am not receiving the email confirmations after registering for events within the company.  I see the "successful registration" message, but never receive the email with the link to add to calendar/attend the sessions.

Turn up volume"?This notification started appearing after I updated Zoom for Windows to version 5.16.10 and appears when the computer's volume is equal to or less than 10%.I couldn't find the option to disable this alert in the Accessibility menu.

Hi, I am trying to set up a meeting for September, however, it is not appearing on my Upcoming Meetings list. When I create one for a nearer date it does show. Is there a glitch? Thanks.

We held an event using two separate links: one for the practice session and one for the official session. The practice session was successfully recorded and appeared under “Records & Transcript,” but the official session did not, even though I’m quite sure all the necessary recording settings were enabled.Is there still any way for me to recover or access the recording?

Does anyone know how to disable the raining down birthday cakes that show up when you type "Happy Birthday" into the chat box? I need to stop them from happening! Thanks 

Device cannot enter network

Hi everyone,For the past few days I have been unable to log into Zoom on my Windows desktop application because of Error 1132.The strange part is that my Zoom account works perfectly on Android devices using the same account and network. The issue only happens on my Windows PC.Things I already tried: reinstalling Zoom restarting the PC trying different internet connections disabling VPN clicking “Report to Zoom” (nothing happens) Since mobile login works fine, I believe the account itself is not banned and the issue may be related to the Windows client, local cache, or device/network detection.Has anyone found a working fix for this issue on Windows?Thanks in advance.
