How can I disable Ctrl+Enter to send message?

Hi, Recently I have run into a problem that have never been an issue.
The Team Chat required me to press Ctrl+Enter to send a message, Pressing Enter only could make it go down a row.
Pressing Enter to send was much faster and more convenience.
I think it started since the latest Update. 

I use the Team Chat quite a lot. So it should be helpful if you could switch it back like it used to be.
