Cancelled in February, still charged for March — impossible to reach real support!

I am very frustrated with Zoom. It is extremely difficult to reach a real person — the support bot just keeps replying with the same messages, which does not solve the problem at all. I cancelled my subscription in February, but I am still receiving an invoice for March. I have clearly tracked my cancellation, yet they are forcing me to pay for an extra month.

I do not have money on my card, because if I added funds, they would automatically charge me, even though I cancelled the subscription. Now March has started, and I keep receiving invoices with no way to stop them or speak to a real person. This is extremely inconvenient and unfair for users.

Has anyone else faced this issue? What are your suggestions for actually getting Zoom to recognize a cancellation and stop charging?

    Hello @Albina Savoia,

Thanks for reaching out. We know unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating.
For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.

For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.
