Refund Request for Auto Renewal

Hello,

My Zoom subscription was automatically renewed today at around 3 AM, but I no longer use the service.

I have already canceled the subscription to prevent future charges starting from next month.

Since the renewal just happened today and the service has not been used, I would like to kindly request a refund for this charge.

안녕하세요.

오늘 새벽 3시경 Zoom 구독이 자동으로 갱신되며 결제가 이루어진 것을 확인했습니다.
현재는 Zoom 서비스를 더 이상 사용하지 않기 때문에 자동 결제가 된 것을 알게 된 후 바로 구독 취소를 완료했습니다.

결제가 오늘 이루어졌고 아직 서비스를 사용하지 않았기 때문에 이번 자동 갱신 결제에 대해 환불이 가능한지 문의드립니다.

확인 부탁드리며 도움 주셔서 감사합니다

Thanks for reaching out. We know unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating.
For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.

For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.

Hello,

I did not realize the subscription would automatically renew. After noticing the charge today, I immediately canceled the subscription.

Since the renewal happened today and the service has not been used, I would really appreciate your consideration for a refund.
