The scheduler does not send AM/PM or 24 hr clock times

The, the meeting is at 5. But it is a 5 PM or 1700, But the email does not say so, iutz just says: 5.

Also there needs to be a switch between 24 and am/PM.,

    I am pretty sure that times are dipplayed better than that, an exmaple would be useful

    It was that way but it seems fixed by now.
