Hello Zoom Support,

I understand your refund policy; however, I would like to kindly request a one-time exception.

The subscription was not actively used, and I canceled it shortly after realizing the charge. I would greatly appreciate your consideration for a refund as a gesture of goodwill.

    We know unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating.

    For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.
