Accidentally bought the wrong service! No refunds or transfers!?
I was trying to add another phone number to my account when i accidentally bought the workspace pro instead of the phone plan. Trying to ask for a refund instantly but the support AIs keep telling me its non-refundable. That’s quite horrible service, i had my card saved on zoom so i can fluently make transactions and they’re punishing me for trusting them and just quickly making purchases?! its unfair if i’m being forced to keep on paying for something i did not even intend on buying. Even got the Annual plan because i thought ill get an annual one for this number.
