I am paying monthly for the PRO but only have access to the Free and can only talk for 40 minutes.

To resolve this, please sign in to your Zoom account and check the following:

  1. Go to your Zoom profile at zoom.us/profile.
  2. Look for your “License Type.” If it says “Basic,” your Pro license hasn’t been assigned.
  3. If you are the account owner or admin, you can assign the Pro license to yourself:
    • Go to User Management.
    • Find your name and click “Edit.”
    • Under “User Type,” select “Licensed.”
    • Save your changes.

If you are not the account owner or admin, you’ll need to contact the person who manages your Zoom account and ask them to assign the Pro license to you.
