To resolve this, please sign in to your Zoom account and check the following:
If you are not the account owner or admin, you’ll need to contact the person who manages your Zoom account and ask them to assign the Pro license to you.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
