Problems with recording

Hi,

We are trying to record both voices and piano playing during a meeting. We can only seem to record the voice??? We have tried some suggestions found online.  Is there a simple way to do this???

    OK, I have not tried this but I think this will work the best

    1. Make sure you have original sournd for musicians active for everyone. This will stop them being seen as background noise.
    2. I also suggest that in advanced recording options you try record seprate audio. THis way zoom will make a separate audio recodrding of each person and not prioritise one over another.
