Zoom Updates affecting Webinar Features and How to Access them

Hi!  We were hosting a company webinar (training course for suppliers) and the Q&A feature was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.  We obviously noticed that there was a recent update to Zoom, but during the webinar we were never able to activate Q&A.  Why is this happening?

    Hi ​@Iran Miranda,

     

    I apologize for the late response. If the Q&A feature was missing during your Zoom Webinar, it's likely that the option has been disabled at the account level. In this case, you will need to contact your Zoom administrator to have it enabled again. The recent update may have affected your account settings, so checking with your admin is the best next step.
