how can I encode a zoom file to mp4 by Linux (ubuntu), I thank you

    My apologies for the late response. We’re glad to have you here.

    After a Zoom meeting ends, Zoom should automatically convert the recording to an MP4 file (named video[number].mp4). If the conversion did not happen, you can try to manually convert the recording.

     

    On Linux (Ubuntu), you may need to use the Zoom desktop client to trigger the conversion, as Zoom's manual conversion tool is not available as a standalone utility for Linux. If you have the .zoom files, move them to the Zoom recording folder and open the Zoom client to trigger conversion.

    @nino scarabotti FFmpeg should work :)
