Chat notifications on iphone not showing when desktop zoom is running

Hi All,

When I have zoom running on my desktop chat notifications are not showing up on my iphone. When I exit Zoom on the desktop then I get notifications on the iphone. And yes, I have the “...even if i am active on the desktop” checked in the iphone app settings.

ok take that back slightly. the messages are now intermittent when the desktop app is running

Hello @MattBro

Could you confirm that you are on the latest version of Zoom for iOS? I am on 7.1.0 on iOS and the notification settings look different than what you have shown in your screenshot.

I would recommend updating to the latest version and retrying.
