can not show message when zoom app Minimize at toolbar

Dear

When using zoom app and Minimize at toolbar, someone sent message to me, when it can not show alert? (like flash status to let me know)

But when zoom app at normal status, the function is normal, I can know someone send message to me.

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We appreciate you reaching out and contributing to the community. If Zoom Team Chat alerts work when the app is open but not when it’s minimized, it’s usually due to notification settings (either in Zoom or your operating system) conflicting or being disabled.

     

    Try these checks:

    1. Check Zoom Team Chat notification settings
    • Open the Zoom desktop app
    • Go to Settings
    • Find the Notifications / Team Chat notifications options
    • Make sure chat message notifications (banner/pop-up and sound) are enabled
    1. Check your computer’s notification settings for Zoom
    • Make sure OS notifications are allowed for the Zoom Workplace app (banners/alerts and sounds)
    • Also check any Focus Assist / Do Not Disturb / Notification Summary–type features that might suppress alerts when apps are minimized.
