Prepaid payment deducted but plan not active.

I didnt made a payment for the period Jun 1, 2026 - Jun 30. And pro was suspended. But on 4th of july i made the payment from pending bills. But the zoom pro is not active yet. Since the pro version is prepaid, how is it appicable for zoom to bill me for an unused month and require me to make additional payment for new subscription?

I am sorry to hear to that you are having this issue with your account. If your Zoom Pro account was suspended for non-payment, it should generally reactivate after the overdue invoice is paid—but there are a couple of common things to verify first:

 

  1. Confirm the invoice is actually marked Paid
  • Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  • Go to Plans and Billing (or Billing) and open your Invoices / Billing History / Pending Bills area.
  • Make sure the invoice for Jun 1, 2026 – Jun 30, 2026 shows as Paid (not Pending/Processing).
  1. If it shows Paid but Pro is still not active
  • Check your Current Plans page in the billing portal to see whether the Pro plan is still listed as active, or if it’s showing as canceled/expired.
  • If the payment was just made on July 4, it may take some time for the account status to fully update depending on payment method and processing.

On the “prepaid / unused month” billing question: a suspension for non-payment typically means the invoice for that prior billing period is still due, even if you didn’t use the service during that time. That’s why you may still see a requirement to pay the overdue period before the subscription can continue.
