Hi everyone, I’m exploring governance and intake processes for Zoom Marketplace app requests in an enterprise university environment. At present, when a user clicks Request to Add for a Marketplace app, the request email we receive only contains very limited information such as: requestor name requestor email app name  There is also an optional reason field in the Zoom request pop-up, but in practice this is often skipped, and we are also finding that it may not reliably carry through into our downstream ticketing workflow.I wanted to ask whether anyone in the Zoom Community has dealt with similar issues and, if so, how you approached them. I would like to know:Can the “reason” field on a Zoom Marketplace app request be made mandatory? Hi, The computer has zoom app which installed in someone, but perhaps I can not login by the account. Is there tool or command which can remove the previous zoom app clean? Thanks.

My company is having problems with the participant 'filmstrip' changing to a much smaller size during screen shares for our video recordings even though this area is set to a larger size during the recording and we see it as larger.  We primarily utilize the desktop client on Windows 10 or 11. Our investigations indicate that adjusting the bar that separates the participant area from the screenshare area can help but still doesn't reflect the ratio we see on our screens.  Also, when another participant shares their screen, the participants videos/the strip of videos, resets to a smaller size.  Is there a method to ensure a consistent participant view size throughout the recording, preventing it from shrinking excessively?

From Support agent, my request should ask to this community.Because this is ZVA’s development or make call center by using ZVA’s voice agent. I think the following 5 step's Scenario.(Now Widget menu is Blank) 1. Customer call test help desk#(050-xxxx-xxxx).2.If customer wants to Japanese, Push 1.If customer wants to in English , Push 2.3.Hearing customer situation.4.If need, ZVA's Voice agent ask to customer for catch up detail.5.If ZVA's agent understands, he or she suggests accurate solution.6.If above's suggestion's does not fixed, Voice agent ask to customer name and mobile number.7.Can we receive from step 3 to 6 conversation's story by e-mail?8. Form improvement of speech accuracy, I'd like to manage knowledge base, add too, and Intent function.(But I'm not sure their steps)

my zoom comments i need to update

Hello,I was recording a meeting to the cloud and my computer battery died and shut down before the meeting ended. I was the meeting host. I cannot find the recording anywhere-- on the cloud or on my local computer. Anyone have this happen before or have an idea of how to recover or find the recoding? I thought that if it was recording to the cloud it would still be saved somewhere even if my computer died.

I joined a meeting and for the first time ever, experienced a horrible echo.  My phone was off; there were no other devices active in the room.  I tried both speaker types. I downloaded a new driver. I contacted Zoom support and the bot told me I had to pay for a plan to get to audio settings to cancel echoes.  I did notice upon leaving the meeting that somehow I was on as two participants - not sure how that happened; but could that have been the problem?

When I attend a zoom class my image is extremely poor. It looks like I'm sitting at a card table in a poorly lit room which is smokey.  I'm really in a well lit room with no smoke. That's my first problem.  The 2nd thing I would like to install a background picture I haven chosen.

I have a profile picture on Zoom that transfers to my Weight Watchers profile but it won’t activate when I’m in a Workshop. Any tips? 

I just hosted a large meeting with registration with external participants. 10% of the participants had issues joining. When clicking the link in the registration email, a white screen showed and meeting was not loading. he particpants could not join. what is the reason for this and how can this be resolved? Anyone facing similar issues?

Hi AllHi Using AirPods with a HP laptop running Win 11. Set up has been great for months, but last few weeks sound has dropped out when Zoom meeting starts. No sound emanating from any of the participants, video but no sound. If I end meeting and disconnect Bluetooth, still no sound thru laptop speakers. Almost like laptop assuming AirPods still connected. It’s like six people have all gone on mute at the same time-v weird. Only manifested in last few weeks without any change to settings.  I’ve done the Zoom test using the laptop and AirPods, and the sound and microphone was fine. Anyone else had this? Bit perplexed. Thank you. Any resolution advice? Thanks

I have a feature enhancement request in the hands of our Zoom account team and looking for some backers. Likewise, if you have a Zoom phone feature enhancement idea and need backing, I can ask our Zoom account team to add us to that request. Basically, the feature is for Zoom online fax. What we're asking for is in a configuration where you have online fax enabled for a Call Queue (CQ) or Shared Line Group (SLG) and have members added for online fax access. What we’d like to see is when any member of a CQ or SLG sends a outbound fax, that all other members of their respective CQ/SLG can see what all other members sent via their Zoom fax outbox folder. If you like this idea, please do contact your Zoom account team and ask them to add you to this enhancement request submitted by the University of Arizona. Thank you. 

Recently, Zoom’s Note-taking has popped up on my Mac each time I use Siri to place a call on my iPhone – see the attached screenshot.I’ve not found a setting to block this pop-up.-- Ward 

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.

Hi, Zoom causes a lot of issues on Linux. I am using the latest official Zoom from Manjaro’s repositories. Or Flatpak. Doesn’t matter, these issues appear in both of them. They are very frustrating.1. Screensharing only works with “Pipewire” mode. Sharing mode keeps getting reset to "Auto", which means after one screen share, if I want to share again, its just a black window. This happened to me during surgery planning, and that was really really bad and embarrassing. My colleagues could not see the MRI, and the chief surgeon/scientist lost patience. This is unacceptable. We pay for Zoom.2. Everytime someone starts or stops a screenshare, regardless of any KDE window settings, even if I am in the middle of typing something in a terminal or working on a document or something, it switches to the Zoom window/virtual desktop without asking. The desk phone of one of our users is beeping every 15 minutes or so. The phone is a Poly VVX250. I’ve replace the phone and patch cables, moved it to a different switch port, and rebooted the switch, but nothing seem sto help. I also set up another VVX250 in my office with the user’s extension and it too is beeping about every 15 minutes. So, it seems to be an issue with the user’s account or line. AI support was useless and my support plan doesn’t allow me to talk to humans, so I’m hoping someone here can help.

I have a Server-to-Server OAuth app that is activated and live on my account. When making API calls I receive error code 124 Invalid Access Token. I have verified my Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret are correct and have regenerated the Client Secret multiple times. The app has the following scopes: meeting:write:meeting:admin, meeting:read:meeting:admin, user:read:user:admin, webinar:write:webinar:admin, webinar:read:webinar:admin. Hi everyone,I’m experiencing two recurring issues with Zoom that are affecting my work, and I haven’t been able to get proper support.I previously opened a support ticket, but it was closed due to a delayed response. The issue is still happening, and I’m currently unable to reopen the case. The chatbot has not been helpful in resolving this or connecting me to technical support.1. Cursor disappearing issue:During meetings, my cursor randomly disappears on my screen (while sharing), but participants can still see it. This happens frequently and lasts around 10 seconds.I use two monitors (laptop + external display), and the issue only affects the Zoom screen.2. I recently got a new laptop (Acer with Windows 11 Home) and when I am in Zoom for guitar lessons, I can hear voice clearly, but the guitar playing is muted/cannot be heard.  Some other participants can hear the guitar, others like me cannot.  I have tried all the recommended settings including setting the audio for musicians, but no success.  My old laptop, also an Acer with Wondows 11 Home, has no trouble hearing both voice & guitar in the same meetings.

We use the all screens share extensively to assist participants through installs, activities and to do some semblance of proctoring when doing quizzes.  I have checked all my settings and all the appropriate settings are still enabled to be able to use the all screens share.  However, it does not show up as an option under the share button in the zoom in-meeting menu.
