Hi there,my company uses Zoom as a chat for internal communications. Sometimes it happens that the zoom on my Windows 11 PC is apparently operational but in reality I am offline for other colleagues. Colleagues write to me but for them I am offline even if for my zoom I am online. The only way to solve the problem is to become reachable again with the chats and restart zoom. This happens about every 2 or 3 hours even with the PC in use. Zoom is updated and connected with a Lan cable. Thank you so much.
Upcoming date range not allowing to see all meetings schedule and will not allow to adjust dates. This allows for double booking. Also will not allow me to view date that I am trying to schedule for to see if there is already a meeting scheduled. i.e, I know there is a meeting scheduled but when I schedule a test meeting at the same time it allows me to schedule on top of the meeting already scheduled. Previously i could see all meetings scheduled, now i can only view the next 2 months. We schedule our board and board committee meetings a year out. Something changed about a month ago and now cannot see ALL upcoming meetings.
Hi! My zoom has been perfectly fine until a few days ago. I was in a lecture when i decided to play some music from spotify while the prof was screen sharing a video. But then the spotify sound was so muffled, which has never happened before. Then suddenly the spotify sound went perfectly normal but then till this day i can't hear anything when someone's screen sharing. I can hear perfectly fine if they're talking through their mics but i can't hear anything from the screen shared. I've been looking everywhere for help so please help me with this.. and no, there's no problem with my laptop speaker as it still does the same thing even when i connect to bluetooth speaker or headphones. i tried reinstalling and restarting but still no use..
This program violates standard windows UI protocols: it refuses to close when the "X" in the upper right is clicked.This is the same scammy behavior we have seen from malware, viruses and other apps that try to take control of the system, disregarding the user's desires. There is another thread on this topic, but it was closed with the resolution "by design", which is a terrible answer and shows this company does not care two wits about it's users.Until such time as this company decides to follow standard UI protocols, we must take matters into our own hands...Create a batch file on the windows desktop that contains this line:taskkill /F /IM zoom.exe /TExecute this bat file when you are done with your session and it will force Zoom and all child processes to close immediately.It is quick and it works well.
I'm new to Zoom so apologies in advance for asking what may be an egregiously dumb question. I've been trying -- without success -- to disable the camera on Zoom. I've searched for the answer both on Zoom's website and the Internet. One solution, for example, was to go first to the Settings menu, then to the Video tab. There is supposed to be an "always turn off my video" option -- only there isn't. I've come across other solutions to either disable the camera or at least enable me to hide myself while on Zoom -- none of which work. Any advice would be most appreciated. In my Zoom Pro app, under "Recordings and Transcripts", the link is no longer displayed next to each of my past Audio/Video recordings. This was the best & easiest way to click on Share WHENEVER I needed to send a recording to my own email address or to 1 or more of my Contacts, even several months after the recording was made. Note that I do not wish a third-party application to solve this issue. Thank you for your help.
How can I change the name of the sender that appears when participants receive their registration confirmation? Last year it was possible to change both the sender and the email address, now only the email address can be changed, but not the sender. Is there a solution for this without changing the account name?
Hi I am mod for an investor event for my company in 2 days and have discovered that the settings are different to the ones I usually have when I have just done a zoom webinar. I chose to upgrade my subscription to the new 'event' option as the branding is nicer, but in my trial run I couldn't work out how to get 2 speakers plus the presentation slides on the screen. It lets me select side by side presenter mode (shows the slides plus 1 person) but I want to have 2 people visible while the slides are up. I tried spotlighting two people but it isn't changing what attendees will see. Please help me!

Dear Zoom Support Team,I hope you are doing well.We are currently implementing a group video experience using the Zoom Video SDK (version @zoom/videosdk 2.3.0) in a React.js (TypeScript) application. As part of our requirement, we aim to render up to 12 participant video streams simultaneously on the screen.However, we are encountering a critical issue once the number of participants increases during the session. Specifically, when the 5th or 6th participant joins, the previously rendered participant videos begin to flicker intermittently. At the same time, the browser console repeatedly logs the following warning:“WARNING: Too many active WebGL contexts. Oldest context will be lost.”After this warning begins appearing, some of the video streams flicker, freeze, or turn blank. Based on our analysis, this behavior seems related to the SDK creating individual WebGL contexts for each video element, eventually exceeding the browser’s maximum allowed number of active WebGL contexts.To help
Hello,I have a small issue with the Zoom API. When retrieving the participants of a webinar, one of them does not have a “last_name” field. However, this field is required to join our meetings/webinars.What’s even more confusing is that, when retrieving the participant list through your interfaces, the person does have a last name.How is this possible?
I am the only one able to start sessions on my Zoom Pro account. And I would like to temporarly transfer this responsibility to another people of my organization ? Nothing is done today for that (no e-mail déclared in Zoom paramters). What I have to do ? Thanks a lot !

So, Zoom has now added Autoframe for your video source, but we still don't seem to have ordinary Zoom software/settings for manual Resize/Pan/ReFrame of the video image. This facility, which users have been asking for since Zoom started, is still missing. Yes, on a PC/Mac, yes you can use OBS to pre-process the camera/video image, then use your virtual camera in Zoom. Yes, on a Mac, you can use iGlasses from ECAMM to pre-process the camera/video image, then use your virtual camera in Zoom. On the iPad and other tablets/phones there's nothing to do this 'live camera/video Resize/Pan/ReFrame postprocessing'. If you can do some fancy image shifting with 'Autoframe', then come on Zoom, give us a simple camer/video feed Resize/Pan/ReFrame control for ourselves!
We make extensive use of Auto-Framing with our older Poly X50. Recently we purchased some new Poly X72 units and were extremely disappointed to find that they do not appear to support this feature. Does anyone know if there is a way to get Zoom Room participant framing working with the Poly X72? Thank you.
I have been using Zoom for 1 on 1 meetings with my students for the last 2 years on my all in 1 PC desktop. I do not have external speakers nor an external mic. There is no one else in my office so no other computers or speakers near me. I use the original sound for musicians and no noise cancelations since I need to make sure we both can hear softer sounds such as /k/ and /th/. Everything has been smooth up until a few weeks ago when my voice started echoing like crazy. My students can't hear it on their end, and they don't echo, only I do ( on my computer only). I have updated drivers, used head phones, played around with mic and speaker volume , as well as played around with some of the zoom sound options... nothing has helped....... any suggestions?
Our organization has been using Zoom for several year, but now it's getting more and more difficult to use. The people who want to join a meeting have had difficultly with their existing Zoom app. Sometimes, they are given a message that Zoom must update before they can join the meeting. After the update, they are asked for a lot of information that was never requested previously. It appears the Zoom update gives them a Zoom Workplace account. When you search for a link to download the basic Zoom meeting app, the Knowledge Base says to go to the iOS App Store and search for Zoom - One Platform to Connect. There is no such app in the iOS App Store. 😠 Other links on the Zoom web site to download the Zoom app take you to downloads for Zoom Workplace. Our people don't want to join the Zoom Workplace. We just want to have basic meetings. Our organization has the Zoom One Pro plan, but most of our members have been using the free Zoom meeting app. Please hel
Is there any keyboard shortcut for "clear all drawings", while doing annotations in a meeting? In the zoom client in Windows, or other supported OSs? I find none documented in the UI, or in the online help (looked at the help for Win, Mac, and Linux), or indeed in googling more widely.(One blogger showed some including a command-shift-c, which would seem a MacOS shortcut. I could not get any combination of ctrl and/or alt and/or shift and c to do that on Windows--on the latest zoom client.) If it's not possible, might anyone from Zoom be able to chime in on whether it might ever be considered? or where best should such a request be made? Thanks.

With the AirPods Pro 2, I can mute and unmute by double-clicking on the stem. Not so with the AirPods Pro 3. Is this due to Zoom or Apple? It was a very handy feature that's now gone. Sad.
I set my zoom background to a solid color (purple) and now I cannot change it back to "none." I can't even find the way I set it to purple in the first place. I only have the option to choose an image, none or blurred. When I choose an image it does update my background but if I go back to "none" it goes back to the purple. I've updated and restarted, deleted the app and re-downloaded. Any suggestions would be so appreciated.

Good afternoon, I have an Axis A8105-E intercom door camera, and I would like to get it working with Zoom Phone. After entering in all the information for the manual provisioning, and enabling sips I was able to get it provisioned with Zoom phone. I can make calls to the common area extension assigned to the phone, with the device automatically picking up and two way audio established. However, when I press the button and attempt to have the device call a Zoom extension, or even an outside phone number, the call rings, and when the recipient picks up the call just ends. Are there any settings I am missing? Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
