Retrieving cloud recording

I recorded a meeting this evening that has not shown up in my account. This has never happened to me before. I am the host and the owner. How can I retrieve the recording? Thank you.

Can you review the dashboard data for this meeting (zoom.us/account/metrics/dashboard/home/#/pastMeetings) and see if there is an icon to indicate that recording did, in fact, take place?

If so, you should see an indicator like this one:

 

 

From there, double check your entire account's cloud recording repo, as well as deleted items.
It's also possible that the recording was set for 'local' and not 'cloud', so you may wish to rule this out as well.
