Within the last 3 weeks, we suddenly have multiple users report that the microphone on Jabra Speak2 75 no longer works. The odd part is, EVERY other app we test works just fine. Only Zoom is having the issue? Any thoughts? We did make sure they are on latest firmware. - They have been in use for almost a year before we started hearing some issues. It seems like it changed in the last month, as we had not heard of this behavior and suddenly now we have 4 tickets open.- All of ours are using the wired USB going straight into either the laptop USB or the USB on the monitors.- Zoom Workspace Version 6.6.6 (19875)

Has anyone seen the ability from a CRM to trigger an SMS flow to trigger sending an SMS? Could this be done with a script?
Has anyone run into this issue recently? Any fixes? I'm using the latest MacOS & Zoom. Recently, Zoom will pause the screen sharing if you run Mac Keynote presentation & you can't resume sharing. Help.
I have a Pro Account! I have had 5 people complain to me (out of 20) that they were waiting in the waiting room for my meeting and I am not getting notified that they are there and as a result they waited 15 minutes and then left never getting into the meeting. I got notified for the other 15 people who successfully came into the meeting but the other 5 were stranded. I checked all of my settings and they all seem reasonable as to letting people in the room and asking for notification when someone is in the waiting room. How does this happen?
Hey everyone, I've had this problem (very occasionally) where Zoom just won't really let me click on anything, keeps sort of glitching, if I can click on it, it takes a while to respond. My own picture seems to work okay and I can see everybody else's. But eventually just grinds to a halt and I get kicked out of the meeting (others telling me my video just freezes). It seemed to temporarily resolve itself when I came in and out of a breakout room. I remember it first happening way back in November 2020 so it's been around a while. I feel like it must be a Zoom issue if going in/out of a breakout room helps solve it, rather than a CPU / Memory problem - especially as it's SO occasional. But it really knocks everything out.
As stated: I need an option to disable the window for Zoom Workplace, hide it to never popup. Currently the Zoom Workplace window popups up each time I join a meeting. As a result, I need to alt+tab (cmd+tab on MacOS) through additonal window which I hardly ever use. Zoom workplace has nice features but all or most of them are mirrored in Google Calendar plugin and status bar icon on MacOS, so at this point it just cluttering my workspace. Since MacOS alt tab sucks badly and does not allow for switching through many windows of the same app I have to first hide the Zoom Workplace window to declutter the workspace so I can quickly switch between my Zoom Meeting and other apps. I'm a pro user, which means I have several meetings per day, sometimes per HOURS and it drives me NUTS. A temp solution is to hide / minimize the window once in a while.
For my business, I always record my webnar / zoom meeting for my records through "zoom cloud recording". And I spend a lot of money to increase my cloud storage for this purpose. Recently (starting from Oct 2025), I notice that the big drop of qualify of zoom cloud recording. The voice in the recordings are still smooth as before, but the visual part of the recording has obvious lagging. And the hand motions in the recording are definitely not smooth. The handwritings in the recording are not smooth too. This bad qualify of zoom cloud recording actually affects my business already. If Zoom cannot resolve the issue, I have to switch another provide on cloud recording. Can someone from Zoom help me with this issue of cloud recording? Regards, Haiying Li

The microphone for my Logitech H570e headset (Zoom-supported) works fine with Zoom. But there is no audio to the headphones. However, the headphones work with all other apps. For Zoom, other audio output (speakers, monitor speaker...) work, including the Sound control panel test feature in Windows. I've restarted Windows (10). Zoom app is 5.8.4 (1736). I've tried different USB ports. I've been through the 6 pages of community posts, the audio settings, and also the Zoom test call. Thanks for any suggestions.

Is there a way to completely disable Zoom AI Companion for my entire org, so that nobody (not even Owners and Admins) can turn on AI backed functions like Meeting Summary, etc. during Zoom meetings?Additionally, is threre any way to remove the actual button from the Zoom desktop app UI, so that the option to activate AI features isn't even available?
I have a user that's been having ongoing issues with Zoom while they're hosting a meeting. Also occurs when attending a meeting. He is often hosting meetings with 50-80 people and looks quite unprofessional having himself drop out of a meeting half way through. This isn't an issue on his Intel powered laptop, only an issue on his Surface Laptop 7 with a Snapdragon X Elite processor. Doesn't matter if he's presenting or not. It stopped for a few months after reimaging his system, but keeps cropping up again and again. I have had Zoom Workplace Pro for a number of years. In the past, I could adjust my audio settings in order to sound a bell (like a musical instrument) and it could be heard by participants. I either changed the background noise suppression, or used original sound. I have not changed the settings in over a year, but suddenly other participants could no longer hear the bell. When I tried to look at the settings, I could no longer find any option to adjust the audio -- either background noise suppression or original sound. I followed a recent zoom tutorial which showed exactly what I wanted, but it is NOT listed as an option on my settings list! Any thoughts?

I have wired headphones connected to my laptop with Windows 11. All my audio comes through the headphones except for Zoom. Things I have tried: Making sure my Zoom audio output is configured to work with the headphonesMaking sure that the Windows audio settings are correctMaking sure that the individual application (Zoom) is configured to send its audio output to the headphones But nothing works! What else should I try?

Hello. About 2 months ago the Zoom App stopped opening when clicking on zoom meeting links. I was able to join via the web only. I initially tried uninstalling which failed the first couple times but eventually, I got it uninstalled and reinstalled. The same issue happened as nothing opened when clicking the app icon. When the app finally did open, clicking settings didn't work, nor does clicking join or new meeting. I reviewed everything in the forums as found several older discussions about this topic and none of the recommended solutions worked. Most of those discussions were unresolved though. I responded on one of them and hadn't heard back which is why I am making this new post. I am on a newer PC with everything updated. I have Zoom version 6.6.11 (232772) I had tried an older version ( recommended in one of the solutions ) but that didn't work either. Also, recommended on the forums was to turn off
In Salesforce when a user has multiple open browser tabs and makes a zoom phone call from one of them, the zoom phone window is being opened not only in the tab where the user started the call, but also in all other open Salesforce browser tabs.Therefore, when the user finishes the call in the tab, where it was initiated and closes the zoom phone window there, the user also has to click through all other tabs to close Zoom Phone there as well. Is there a way to avoid it? Is there a way, when scheduling Zoom meetings through Zoom Workplace, to ensure that if the invitation is sent to multiple recipients, each person's email address remains private and is not visible to the other participants? Essentially, I want to know if there's a feature or setting that allows sending invitations without exposing everyone's email addresses to the entire group.
