Recording link no longer displayed next to recording

In my Zoom Pro app, under "Recordings and Transcripts", the link is no longer displayed next to each of my past Audio/Video recordings. This was the best & easiest way to click on Share WHENEVER I needed to send a recording to my own email address or to 1 or more of my Contacts, even several months after the recording was made. Note that I do not wish a third-party application to solve this issue. Thank you for your help.

Hi @MartineE – Just to clarify, are you no longer seeing the Share icon/button next to your cloud recordings?

If so, this is likely related to account permissions or privileges. In that case, I’d recommend reaching out to your Zoom admin or account owner and asking them to re-enable cloud recording sharing (and confirm that your role is allowed to edit/share recordings). Thanks!

The Share button is present but, when clicked, it says "sent to clipboard". There is no way of accessing a clipboard on an iOS device and, in any case, I am the Admin and the Acccount Holder. In the past, my recordings always showed the link next to the video picture displayed and this allowed me to email the link to a contact of my choice, even serveral months after the recording was made. I need this function.
