Hello Team,I would like to know whether it is possible to migrate or transfer a Zoom Marketplace app from one Zoom account to another Zoom account.If yes, could you please share the supported process and whether there are any limitations or impacts on existing app users, OAuth credentials, or published status?Thank you.

Hi Zoom Support,  We are building a third-party integration using a  General App with User-managed OAuth (authorization code   flow). Our use case: an end user authenticates with  Zoom and we fetch their meetings (scheduled +  completed), recordings, and transcripts.  We have the following questions:  1. In development mode, users from other Zoom accounts  get "Application Not Found" when trying to  authenticate. Is this expected? Is there any way to  allow external accounts to test without going through  the full review process?  2. Is production mode (publishing to Marketplace)  required for OAuth to work across different Zoom  accounts?  3. Does publishing to production require going through  Zoom's app review/verification process? Or is there a  way to activate the app for production use without a  full public Marketplace listing?  4. Hi, is there a way to increase the visibility of of text on CX Analytics Dashboards that are added to digital signage. As this is displayed on a TV that is mounted it is hard to see the details on y axis, leaderboard and tables views.This is for a laptop with Zoom Rooms that is connected to a TV monitor, this laptop only displays a few dashboards that switch when displaying on the monitor. I have limited the amount of widgets on the dashboard and increased the widget sizes however the text does not scale only the visualizations. Increasing the resolution on the laptop screen does not help but wanted to check if there is a way or open feature request to have an option to change font sizes?

Has anyone been harassed as a non-host attendee? My condo management company doesn't control the monthly meetings..some anonymous man verbally assaulted me. Now the host won't give up the recording. They unmuted everyone simultaneously which is what allowed it.  I can't reach a human being at Zoom. The horrible AI driven company that it is.  I'm an elderly woman on disability.  

Cropping in ZoomISO v3 is a great feature. However, please add cropping capability of handles, and grabbing. So the user can mouse over the video frame and grab a frame handle to resize and zoom. Then grab the frame to move. The x/y slider control is too slow (but don’t replace it). See the UI design in Livestream Studio 6 for reference. BTW - great job on v3!! 

Version 6.6.6 and then updated to 6.7.5. I am not able to get closed captioning to work for the meetings I start.  I have used the Meetings/Advanced settings on the Host login and it shows Closed Captioning under the  Accessibility tab.  I can even change the font and placement.  I have also enabled closed captioning under the settings.  Despite this - Closed captioning does not show up on my zoom screen or any other members screen during the meeting. Most of our members join the meeting using a meeting ID, they are not logged in.  As the Host, I am logged in.  I also looked on my screen and the screen of another meeting member for the CC symbol on the control line - it is not there. I did look under “More” and it wasn’t there.  We had a member try clicking on the green shield on the upper line of the zoom screen, the one next to the time.  It shows the meeting information, but there is nothing about closed captioning.  We would like to be able to offer closed captioning to people w

Zoom crashes when changing camera to Wirecast virtual camera.Zoom version: 6.7.8 (32670)Wirecast version: 16.5.1

I am experiencing an issue with Zoom cloud recordings from meetings approximately 2–3 hours long.For most of the session, the presenter shares their screen. Near the end, screen sharing is stopped and there is usually around 10 minutes of verbal Q&A, which is still being recorded.Problem:In the Zoom cloud recording playback, the recording appears normal until screen sharing stops. After that point:audio continues correctly thumbnail previews while scrubbing/skimming show correct video but the main playback window becomes black.Additional observations:if the recording is viewed with the chat/sidebar visible, the video displays correctly when switched to fullscreen mode, the final section becomes black again the downloaded MP4 reco

I cannot access the breakout room control window if I am sharing my screen. I will click on Breakout rooms and nothing will happen unless I stop sharing my screen...then it will work. This was not always the case and has created problems where you may forget to start sharing your screen again after the breakout room activity. Is there something that I must do to enable this function that must have been changed following a Zoom update?

Hello, We have an integration with Zoom that uses Server-to-Server OAuth for communicating with Zoom. When we make an api call to create the webinar, it is successful. But when we try to update the same webinar, Zoom returns the following error : {    "code": 4711,    "message": "Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[webinar:update:webinar, webinar:update:webinar:admin]."} The authorization token created has the following scopes: "scope": "meeting:write:meeting:admin meeting:read:meeting:admin meeting:write:registrant:admin meeting:write:batch_registrants:admin webinar:write:webinar:admin webinar:read:webinar:admin webinar:write:registrant:admin" When we asked the client to add the webinar:update scope, we were told that option no longer exists in zoom. Could you please help resolve this issue? Thanks!

I am using the Linux Zoom client for taking a Vietnamese language class. I run Ubuntu 24.04 with X11. With xim or fcitx, and unikey or bamboo, the whiteboard is unusable. Whenever I hit the space bar, the cursor moves (xim) or vanishes (fcitx). The web client works fine. Should I give up on the native client, or is there a way to report this issue and get it fixed?

Hi folks…I tried the Zoom AI features a few days ago, and was impressed by the transcript and summary.  I then downloaded and shared the MD files (date was 2026-04-16).I tried to do the same thing today, but now there’s no way of exporting the files.What happened? 🤷‍♂️

Is there a way to make Zoom breakout room chat settings such that when an individual leaves a room and reenters the room they are able to see the chat from BEFORE they were in the room? I am not talking about continuous chat for internal organizations - these are external folks participating in an event with breakout room engagement.

I have recently obtained an Insta360 Link 2C camera (and a Link 2 as well). When I set the camera to 1080p and 30fps in the camera control app all is good until I open a preview or call in Zoom. Then the camera is forced back to only 720p in the camera app. While the camera is being used in Zoom the setting cannot be changed. So I pause the video in Zoom, then change the resolution, then go back to Zoom and it happens again. This only happens in Zoom with the Insta360 Link 2 cameras. It does not happen in other video call services and does not happen with other brands of cameras in Zoom. The zoom and camera apps are fully up to date. I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices.It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar.Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Is there a way to mark Zoom SMS (not team chats) as unread? Our company uses SMS all the time for customer service, and it would be nice to not lose track of messages. This seems to be a feature that most phone services offer these days. 

This red dot from the Zoom dock icon needs to go. It entirely bypasses the system preferences, even if you disable badges and notifications the red dot persists as long as you have unread Team Chats.This is entirely unnecessary and horrible UX design.
