I am trying to confirm the exact behavior of Zoom Events Production Studio regarding speaker video tiles.If a speaker is assigned to a tile in a Production Studio scene but their camera is turned off, what appears in the live view?Does the tile remain visible (for example, showing a placeholder, profile picture, or name)?Does it remain as an empty/blank tile?Or does the tile disappear entirely from the live output?My goal is for a speaker’s tile to disappear automatically when that speaker is not on camera. I have reviewed the Production Studio support documentation, but this behavior is not described.If anyone has confirmed information from Zoom or has tested this behavior in a live Zoom Events environment, I would greatly appreciate your input.
I'm running Zoom on Windows 8.1 daily for several years without almost any issue and I've just updated Zoom to version 5.16.1. This version redesigned the annotation tool bar. It's great you can place it vertical but now I have a problem: I can't change the size of the text as I used to do it in the previous versions. Is this problem a bug in the new version or there is a way to do it that I don't know? Please help me solve this issue.
Is it possible to use two poly bars for one Zoom room? I know you can use this with Huddly cameras, but using two poly bars in the same space would be amazing. I tried reaching out to HP, and they said it is possible, but it was not a confident response.

Hi, First time I have had cause to use this forum. I'm setting up a bunch of meeting for next year and I want see them all at the same time but the "NEW" feature Display period won't allow me to set a new Date Range.I'm unable to over type or select a new date range. The help ? mark is of no use what so ever. Id screen shot the proplem but can't see a way to upload it here.Stuart.
In the new 6.0 update, every time I mute or unmute, a "chirp" noise that only I can hear is played through my audio device. This did not happen before this update and there does not appear to be any setting to disable this. How can it be turned off? It is super annoying. Thank you!
My chat box must have a glitch in it. It automatically sends empty chat boxes to the group from me even though I didn't send them
Whenever I try to login with gmail on the zoom app it takes me to the sign in tab. But, if I select my account, it redirects me to a page which states "Sorry, something went wrong there. Try again." IF I click next (which is at the bottom of the screen) it brings me to another page which says: 400. That’s an error.The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know. I cannot access my zoom meetings unless I am signed in with gmail. Please get back to me when possible... Thank you, Vahan

Setting up a new customer, and they have purchased E220 and #450 phones. I've not worked with Polycom before. We were trying a test to get one set up, and could not get Zero Touch provisioning to work. Tried to find a video on it, to see what it should look like, but really cannot find anything. The only threads I've found seem to indicate that ZTP is a big problem on Polycom. Has anyone had any experience with the E220 and E450 phones with ZTP?
How do I get AI to work for me to summarize meetings at which I am a participant - not a host?
How do I setup a call queue to first ring two people simultaneously, and if no answer then ring to a 3rd person? I see it shown as an option in the call queue setup section (see included screenshot below, but I can't find directions on how to set it up that way.
Does anybody know how to set up a meeting where you only record the host and not the participants? It's that possible?
Hi, We have encountered an issue where a Zoom Room no longer shows a reoccurring meeting, but this meeting is still visible in the Microsoft Outlook calendars of the people who attend this meeting. Theres been no evidence of the meeting being cancelled, and checking the zoom portal outlook is set up to share its calendar with zoom for the people affected. Is there anything we can troubleshoot to prevent such an issue from happening or find out why the reoccurring meeting was removed from the Zoom Room? Thanks
The video processing tools feel biased against those with darker skin tones. Zoom is an integral part of work and how we do business. Careers depend how one shows up on Zoom in meeting and interviews. Sadly, Zoom does not seem to be able to handle lighting adjustments for people with darker skin tones. The person is either too dark or over exposed. As a result, darker skinned folks tend to have their cameras off more often which creates disengagement. This has a tremendous impact on work and society. It means that people with darker skin tones have to work harder at work to look good on Zoom. It means that diversity takes a back seat in the workplace. With all of the available video processing tools, this should not be an issue at all. This feels like a testing bias that could easily be remedied once you are aware of the challenge.

Tonight I was unable to hold a meeting due to an echo from 4 out of the 5 particpants. We tried turning off each microphone, changing hosts, restarting our computers, and leaving the meeting and signing in again. We finally gave up. What is going on with Zoom?
Hello! I have an Acer Aspire Lite AL15-42P-R41D laptop. While in a Zoom conference, the laptop periodically reboots (1-2 times every hour). The conflict only occurs when using Zoom. There are no issues with other applications, this has been 100% verified. I completely reinstalled the operating system; it is not the issue. Is there a solution to this problem?
We created a Zoom Hub, tested out an event set up to make sure all our settings were good, then turned it into a template. Now the new events made from the template are sending the recording link to the test recording, instead of the new meeting's recording. The event's email set up shows the correct recording's name in the configuration window, but isn't correct once it is actually sent. The subject of the email is for the correct meeting, but the content of the email shows the TEST meeting's name and provides the link to the TEST recording instead. The new meeting IS being recorded and shows up as available in the Hub. I've also hidden the test event and its recording from the hub's lobby. Does anyone know why the wrong recording is being sent to the attendees of new events/meetings?
Zoom will not open on my iMac with Sequoia OS. I get an error message "You can’t open the application “zoom.us” because this application is not supported on this Mac.I try to open it via Safari and I get distorted audio which seems to interfere with other members of meeting. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it does not work.
Hi there, we began using Zoom phone ~1 year ago for our small business and have never been fully satisfied. I find the set up and customization of features confusing and don't have anyone else on my team who can help me with it. I would greatly appreciate set up guidance and would be happy to pay someone for their expertise. Some context on what we do and what I'm looking for: We're a specialty auto repair shop open M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm. We field many calls a day from retail customers and individuals at other businesses we work with. Calls are typically to schedule appointments or ask for updates on repair/parts/etc. Our General Manager is responsible for answering calls. He has a company-owned iPhone with Zoom installed on it. If he's unavailable, the calls ring through to my account. One big problem: our GM's phone no loner has a cellular plan, so if he's not on wifi he can't receive Zoom calls. He's often on the road visiting customers and needs to be able to receive
