Sharing Poll questions between Users/ Instructors

Does Zoom offer an option to share Polls/ Poll questions between users within an organization? ie, is there a way for me to share Polls I've created so that my colleagues can use them in their own meetings?

Alternatively, if there's a way to create polls from CVS files this would work as I could then share CVS poll templates with my colleagues.

hi @harp ,

OK, I understand, that answer is No for standard meetings at this point.

I do have an app in development that helps with polls. You give a good suggestion for sharing and I will now look at how I can add some import and export or share functions. I will also raise this with Zoom as a feature request with Zoom, but unless it is already being worked on, providing an external solution will be quicker.

Thirdly, I should add that within the zoom events world you can create polls and share them within your hub. Another example of how zoom are already half way there to your question.

All the best

Hi Cwilson8,

Unfortunately at this time there is no such feature. On the upside, our Development Team is aware that many of our users are interested in such a feature. Stay tuned!

@AnderV, Has this feature been added?  I am seeing the option to "Share to" on the Surveys tab, however, it will not accept an email, name, etc. from someone in my personal contacts on my Zoom profile.

Hi @fjennife ,

You can only share the Survey with another User of your Account, just type their name and you should be able to select them from the dropdown that will appear. If the person you are trying to share with isn't in your Zoom Account, you will not be able to do so even if you enter their email.

@Cwilson8

Yes, you can share the poll results.

In Zoom Meetings

You can download the results at the end of the poll. This is available when you end the the poll. You can also view them on a browser which you could share.

This isn’t what we are asking. We want one user to create a poll, and be able to share it to others. E.g. team-taught classes to provide a consistent student experience.

I guess this feature has been quietly rolled back.  It was announced in the December 16, 2024 update, and I was checking up on an old ticket I had to investigate if it was ever fixed.

New or enhanced feature Support for shared polls in meetings and webinars Meeting and webinar hosts can access to shared polls and initiate them during their sessions. This feature allows hosts to leverage user to user shared poll content, eliminating the need to duplicate polls. By providing a centralized repository for shared polls, hosts can efficiently integrate engaging and interactive elements into their virtual events, fostering greater participant engagement.

It’s also still there in the interface, just doesn’t work:
