your new app sucks! It’s not as user-friendly as how it operated before. Before when I was sending a meeting to a client I would know what their time zone is and it would send from my time zone, but on the receiving end on their email they would get it in their time zone for example, if I scheduled somebody in Auckland, New Zealand, I would know in advance if that was any time changes as in the case of daylight savings, etc. change it back!

I joined a sales call with a company over zoom and based on the information they provided me on the call I decided to invest $11,000. I then was told later that the deliverables they offered me which was the reason I signed up, was not actually available to me. Now I have requested access to the sales call and they have provided it to me via a google doc (the ignite call they gave me a zoom link). I know they have edited this call and removed the section where I was provided the information. I also know they can edit, trim and replace the original zoom recording, so I’m wondering how I actually gather the evidence that they have tampered with this and removed the relevant section. I was curious as the zoom call they did send me has the original time stamp on it. If they edit or trim a video, does it change the time stamp? Also I was not able to talk to a human from zoom support as I only have a free account. It said I could request the file meta data but still this is not fully proo

I use a link with my clients to book meetings but recently shows them this message "This booking link has expired, Try refreshing your page, or ask the organizer to send a new link." I dont want to change the link i printed its QR code on my business card! What to do?

We held an event using two separate links: one for the practice session and one for the official session. The practice session was successfully recorded and appeared under “Records & Transcript,” but the official session did not, even though I’m quite sure all the necessary recording settings were enabled.Is there still any way for me to recover or access the recording?

Device cannot enter network

Hi everyone,For the past few days I have been unable to log into Zoom on my Windows desktop application because of Error 1132.The strange part is that my Zoom account works perfectly on Android devices using the same account and network. The issue only happens on my Windows PC.Things I already tried: reinstalling Zoom restarting the PC trying different internet connections disabling VPN clicking “Report to Zoom” (nothing happens) Since mobile login works fine, I believe the account itself is not banned and the issue may be related to the Windows client, local cache, or device/network detection.Has anyone found a working fix for this issue on Windows?Thanks in advance.

Hello,So up to now I've been able to use a Rode Video Mic-Me USB-C external microphone on Zoom calls with no issues.  I log in via the Zoom App on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android).  After a hiatus over the holidays, however, when I plug this mic before/during a Zoom meeting I get a pop-up stating the video cannot be turned on and that I should check if other apps are using the camera.   The microphone works fine when recording video on the native camera app while not on a Zoom, so I know it's not Android OS or my phone causing the problem.  Also, I plugged in USB-C earbuds during a Zoom meeting with no issues, so I know its not just any USB device blocking the camera - only my Rode mic Moreover, if I start my own Zoom meeting, the camera works (I can see myself) until someone else joins, whereupon the outgoing camera completely shuts off and I receive said error msg.  While I can se

I now have a white clouded border framing my display on Zoom meetings.  Can I turn it off?  If so, how?

Fellow Windows nerds will be familiar with how you can “Identify” your monitors inside the display settings.  This temporarily pops up a numeric identifier to make clear which is monitor 1 and which is 2, or 3 or more.  In my case I have 2.  Monitor 1 is connected via a DisplayPort output, and 2 is connected via hdmi.  However, when I’m in zoom and sinvoke the screen share dialogue box, the available screens to share are reversed.  I’m trying to train others to run meetings among individuals of a variety of skill levels.  This discrepancy mis-orients the user positionaly in our case, and also simply causes confusion in general because we refer to monitor 2 as the “second display,” which it rightly is, but zoom insists that it’s monitor 1.    Very annoying!  Anyone know how to resolve?  My best guess is that this has something to do with the fact that when the computer was first turned on out of the box, it was only connected to an hd

I am migrating my company into Zoom CC and have yet to find a report that clearly lists total voice engagements for each member of a team. I have referenced the Metrics Dictionary and all dashboards, logs, and reports. I am looking for a clear view that you can filter by agent to show the total amount of outbound and inbound calls they have connected throughout the day. A live view of this would be ideal. I’ve instructed our team leaders to use the count at the bottom of the Engagement Log filtered by each agent as a workaround, but this is an incredibly cumbersome and time consuming way to access the info they need. Any suggested reports for just the total daily engagement count?

Hi. I’m the account owner and host, and I already enabled all the AI Companion and transcript settings in the Zoom web portal. But inside meetings I still can’t enable transcription or My Notes. It keeps saying that the feature “has been disabled by the host” even though I am the host.I create meetings using my PMI. Previously, note transcription would start automatically as soon as I joined the meeting. What is the purpose of having the Zoom app for phone use and have the option to record a meeting automatically when it will not actually record it and save to your phone?

Hi all,  With the latest update to the Zoom app on my Mac, the layout has changed again- where I used to be able to open the app to a page that very easily let me click "start" for a new (unscheduled) meeting with my PMI, now none of the options are as easily accessible. Is there any way to revert back to the old interface or find the page I'm looking for?This sounds stupid, but as a therapist with many sessions a day, I really just want to be able to open the app and easily click start.
