Hello! I recently began to use zoom to schedule meetings regularly, but I have noticed that when typing in the 'attendee' field to schedule a meeting, there's no option to just choose from my actual contacts list or autofill. Given how often we hold the meetings and the amount of people, it's a bit tedious to copy/paste each individual email address.    Given how common a feature autofilling contacts is, how do I do this on my Zoom account?   I already have contacts saved in my personal contacts list, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Hi There,I have recently Integrated  salesforce with Zoom Contact Center through Zoom For Lightning App.I have established Oubound calls  and I am able to get the Summary of the call, But I am not able to see that summary on the Session History Object Record.Please correct me if I am wrong, the Summary should be populated on Session History record. 

I’m unable to activate or select the 49 participant per page view on my new Mac book Neo. I have tried everything like uninstalling and installing again. rebooting the system, on off hardware acceleration etc, but failed to fix the issue. I'm using zoom version 7.1. (84650) downloaded for apple silicon. My Mac book Neo is running on Mac OS Tahoe 26.6.2. I have 8gb of RAM and 512 gb SSD. Please help in this regard.

I am using Zoom Workplace Version: 7.0.6 (84834).  Can I get live interpreters to help with my meeting?  How do I do that?  This will be a recurring need.

I have a Word Press site that uses Fluent Forms & Automator to sent a Webinar registration to Zoom.  Suddenly I can’t make Automator connect to zoom and the webinar so I can’t set up my next webinar.  I have tried to find the Integration the Word Press integration in Market Place - but I just can’t find it.  HELP!!  Does anyone have a set up from Word Press to Zoom for Webinar registrations?

Nothing on the scheduler page allows you to change the date range of your meeting. I only want bookings for the following week, instead it defaults to December 2026.  

Hi,I have a Whiteboard which contains multiple locked objects. I want to be able to select several of them in one go and unlock them in one go. How do I do that? As far as I can tell:You can only select one locked object at a time and unlock it. Painful.You cannot select multiple locked objects even by selecting them individually. Frustrating.You cannot select multiple locked objects even by dragging around them. Frustrating.

I use the Classic Whiteboard on an iPad Air. After updating this week to version 6.2.3 my Apple Pencil doesn't write smoothly on the screen. In contrast, the stylus works properly in other apps. It even works properly in the newer Whitboard, but I can't use that option because I can't see the other participant. Has anyone else experienced this Apple Pencil problem?

Can you please advise how I can sync with ICal as it is not working anymore and causing much additional effort at the moment. I do not use outlook or google and want to use apple calendar. The seemless sync was one of the main reasons choosing Zoom. Could you please help? Me and my clients are really frustrated. 

I’ve been having this issue where Zoom AI Companion would inconsistently generate meeting summaries.  I was then forced to ensure that I manually enabled AI Companion from Zoom Workplace before I started the day to ensure I got a meeting summary, even though all settings were set to auto start AI Companion had been set.  Last week after the latest update, I’m not getting any AI Companion summaries!I’ve reviewed all of my settings with other co-workers and all the necessary AI Companion settings are in place.  Even Zoom Workplace shows that AI Companion to auto start is enabled, but I no summaries still.  Here’s a full lie of what I have confirmed as being set.Meeting summary with AI Companion (ON)auto-start........ start meeting........ send an email...... When joining a Zoom meeting from an MTR-Windows device, the room’s default microphone is not detected automatically, and the microphone must be manually selected each time. This issue occurs only in rooms with DSP audio.I reviewed the articles, and they indicate that the default microphone and speaker must be selected in the Windows settings for rooms using DSP audio.My question is whether this is expected behavior. As we had not observed this issue previously; it started occurring approximately two weeks ago.

With the latest zoom 7.0.5 on Mac, It appears that increasing font size on the chat (Cmd+= and Cmd+- ) increases the font on the sidebar as well. This is such an inconvenience. Is there a way to revert back to previous zoom way that increasing fonts only applied to the chat window only and not the sidebar. I would like to keep the width and the visible rows the same when I want to only see the messages with a larger font. To support side bar font size change, a separate setting could be used.In addition, It would be great if zoom just uses the system standard font in Mac/Windows so that it appears more local instead of using the custom zoom font.

Hi, I have a pro membership. I always share my computer sound (music), via 'share screen' --> advanced options --> share computer sound/ audio. I haven't used zoom for one month. Now this option to share computer sound is no longer available. I have no idea why this has changed.I have removed and then re-installed the app 'zoom workplace'. I have a MacAir, Apple M1, MacOS Seqoia 14.5.1.I hope you can tell me how to fix this. thank you so much!

I have a free Zoom account and just purchased a Zoom Phone plan. I've been searching help articles but literally can't figure out how to make a phone call using Zoom Phone. Maybe I don't have a full understanding of what this feature allows you to do but my goal was to be able to setup a conference call with team members then make an outbound prospecting call and have my team members listen in. I believe I have everything setup. Is there supposed to be a phone icon somewhere? I read in one article that there should be a "phone" menu at the top of the Zoom meeting window but I do not have it. HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hello,          I recently experienced an embarrassing situation when joining a Zoom video conference call with an inappropriate virtual background image shown to other zoom session participants. When I tried to change my Video virtual background image to 'None', the inappropriate image still displayed behind my live video. I am running Android Zoom version 5.9.1 (build 3642) on a Galaxy S10 - Sense UI 3.1 and the option to change my Virtual Video background image is under Settings -->  Background and Filters --> Backgrounds. When I chose 'None' for the background image, the image loaded was still the inappropriate image instead of <no image>!Upon further testing, if I chose a new image, this image now becomes the default 'None' image and I can't change the image until I select another image which if I didn't have another appropriate image to choose, would be extremely embarrassing for myself and others that join a Zoom call

Hi, I’m having an issue with screen sharing in Zoom using AirPlay from my iPad to my Mac.The iPad successfully connects to my Mac via AirPlay, and I can see the iPad screen normally on my Mac. However, when I share that AirPlay screen/window through Zoom, other meeting participants can see that I have started screen sharing, but they cannot see the actual iPad screen.I also tested sharing the iPad directly through a USB cable, and that works correctly. So the issue seems to be specifically with Zoom capturing the AirPlay screen on the Mac.Could you please help me troubleshoot this?

Dear Zoom Support, I am a licensed paid Zoom host, and I am experiencing a serious issue with annotation tools on the Android app. I no longer have access to the Text (T) tool or the full set of 12 colours when annotating while sharing my screen. My annotation options are now limited to Pencil, Spotlight, Pen, Highlighter, Line, Rectangle, Oval, Undo, Redo, Clear, and only 5 colours (yellow, green, red, blue, black). This happens on both my Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 and Samsung Galaxy A73 phone. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, but the issue remains. Strangely, my students still have access to the Text tool and more colours on their devices, while I do not, even though I am the paying licensed host.  This problem makes it very difficult to run my classes, as I rely on annotating shared documents (not the whiteboard). Please can you confirm if this is a bug or an intentional change to mobile annotation tools? Posting this as an update to an apparent ongoing issue. Other threads are from last year or marked as "solved". I am using fully updated MacOS Sonoma on an M3 MacBookPro and fully updated iOS 17 on an iPadPro. MacBook and iPad are on the same sub-net with the same router: screen sharing invoked by selecting "iPad via AirPlay" (i.e. wireless connection) does not work. I do not see the "Zoom" option in the iPad Screen Mirroring options (well I actually saw it once or twice briefly but it promptly disappeared). Strangely, if I connect via a USB-C cable it does work and the Zoom option is available as a mirroring selection. If I disconnect the cable while sharing the screen, I see a static image of the iPad (but no error from Zoom), indicating that it is using the wired connection. Screen sharing in Zoom also works if I select "iPad via cable".Following previous posts on this forum I have Stage Manager disabled and the AirPlay Receiver option was never enabled.I am not sure when this

Hello- Is there a way to set up scheduler so that they cannot book an appointment for the same calendar day.  So it someone clicked my booking page on 03-25-2025, I do not want them to be able to book an appointment with me on 03-25-2025.   Have not found where or how to do this yet.  Thanks
