the format here has changed. I can choose to join or host but no choice to schedule a meeting as I have done in the past.  Help?

    Hi KathiGrace,

Can you be more specific on the issue you are having? Is this in the web browser on a mobile device or desktop app? How are you trying to schedule/start a meeting?

I think Kathi Grace was being fairly clear about her problem, which I have now.  The whole format has changed and is not at all easy to understand.  I am using the web browser and I see menu items of Join and Host, but I don't see where I can schedule a meeting. Why, oh why, does Zoom choose to fix something that wasn't broken.  Please help.  Peter

You should be able to click the new meeting icon on the home screen of the Zoom desktop app with a dropdown to start the meeting. Alternatively there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you schedule Zoom meetings.

Having/had the same problem...so frustrating. If you go to the circle at the top that has your initials in it and click settings it will open the page that holds all your zoom settings and you’ll see the Meeting link there.

When I click settings, it opens up a brand new screen with selections along the left side-- “meetings” link is there-- hopefully you see the same thing, otherwise, I am not sure how to help!

This is a terrible user interface.  For an action that is so basic, it should not be buried in a settings menu item.

User workflow on the updated web client has poor design.  Click your account icon (likely your initials in the top right corner), and select Account Settings.  This will open a new tab on most default browser settings.  In the new window click Meetings on left hand side.
