When I create a meeting, it automatically mutes participants on entry. In CREATE EVENT and clicking on ADVANCED, I see the “Mute participants on entry” default is ON. I never need this to be on. Is there any way to change the default to be off? I can’t find a way, and it’s frustrating to have to remember to uncheck it when scheduling the meeting or having to instruct participants to unmute themselves. Thanks! 

Hi, The computer has zoom app which installed in someone, but perhaps I can not login by the account. Is there tool or command which can remove the previous zoom app clean? Thanks.

Hi everyone,Lately I’ve been experiencing random freezing issues during Zoom meetings on my Windows 11 laptop. The video just stops and the app becomes unresponsive, although audio sometimes keeps playing in the background.I’ve updated Zoom to the latest version and also made sure my system drivers are current. It usually happens about 10–15 minutes into a call, and I have to force quit and rejoin.Is it related to system performance or something with Zoom and Windows 11? Thanks!

Hi there! I have a user that it is not being able to watch the video from her webcam (Logitech C920 Pro HD Webcam). The funny thing is that Google Meet works fine with the same webcam. Even, the Microsoft Camara app (MS Windows 11 Pro version) works just fine. As a workaround, I´ve uninstall the Zoom Workplace program and reinstall it and still can not work the camera (only shows a green screen, while the video it is ON). Even, I connect another web cam (Logitech C525 Portable HD Webcam) and neither of them work in “Zoom Workplace” program (version 7.xx). I will appreciate any help given so I can make it work. Should I look at any particular version of Zoom Workplace to be installed. Thanks for your attention! Horacio S.G. 

Is there any way to make spell checking work with Zoom Team Chat on Ubuntu Linux?

When the host shares a screen, I can't see it. I get a prompt to "click on tab" to view it. I cannot find a tab

I think someone is on my account because I have another person using my account with a different name. HELP!  I have had this account for almost 5 years and I go to 2 meeting every day.  I'm overwhelmed by Zoom's technical terms.  I called up Zoom and Zoom instructs me to do 2 numbers from my account, and I did that.  They said they could NOT find my account!  Please, can someone help me?  I have the latest update for Zoom although I have an old MAC OS computor.

Moin, nach dem ich durch den Host in ein Meeting reingelassen werde(Meetings über 30-60 Teilnehmer,einige Minuten später wird das Bild eingefroren, mildig,und oben links wird angezeigt " Program reagiert nicht".Obwohl ich den Ton von anderen Teilnehmern noch höre, einige Minuten später stürtzt ab.Ich habe einen neuen Computer mit Prozessor I7 12700K, Grafikkarte Geforce RTX 3090TI und 64GB Arbeitspeicher.Computer macht gar keine Probleme, spiele verscheiedene Spiele mit Ultra Einstellungen alles läuft einwandfrei.Nur Zoom macht Probleme. Es muss laufen, weil ich mindestens 3 mal die Woche am Meetings teilnehme.Bei kleinen Meetings z.B. ich und Freund, funktioniert alles einwanfrei... Was könnte das Problem sein?Bitte Hilfe

Sometimes I need to add people later.  I used to be able to go to Edit… and the link would be there.  It no longer is.  So now, I have to hunt through sent emails to find the link I need to invite someone. Why is this? 

I am testing out the AI features for my organization and have noticed that there is no way to easily export the AI generated meeting summaries from the Zoom web interface. It is great having the ability to edit directly in the web interface, but it would be even better if it was easy to export and store these notes to our document management system when needed. Right now, all we can do is copy and paste to a word doc, which is not ideal. Am I missing something? If not, I'll submit feedback directly to Zoom. 🙂

De puis la mise a jour de zoom , j'ai plus de problème avec ma camera et mon son  et ce n'est pas mon ordinateur qui est le problème. Hi all,just having a problem with a HP chromebook. can join zoom meetings all ok, but the video button has the line through it as if it is off, when you try to click it, it just doesnt come on, the line goes off for less than a second and then the line just comes up again and it says off.i have checked the camera works and all is ok there. just happening in zoom. i have also uninstalled the app and re installed it. any ideas what to try nextany help appreciatedthanks

When I attempt to integrate my google calendar with zoom so that meetings automatically appear on my google calendar, I receive the error message: Add failed, the calendar-related access permissions are not allowed" (screenshot attached. Please how can I troubleshoot to find resolution? Thank you.

I know this has been mentioned before but I cannot get My Notes to transcribe the meeting.  I get the vtt but not a summary.   It worked one week then not a week later.  All versions are updated, rebooted, reinstalled, tried everything and I can’t get it to work.  was this resolved.  

What is the best way to identify and stop persistent bombers. This is a 24/7 meeting.  All Newcomers are welcome. So,  we cannot change the ID and passcode.  Members develop "beef" and come in to screw with the chat. Chat is a critical part for all members. How can the specific IP's be identified and permanently blocked? Are there any legitimate threats that can be DM'ed to them before booting?  They are removed very quickly. Same IP cannot return until the 24 hour reboot. Chat is cleared in seconds but then must be temporarily shut down. They don't return during the same hour.  But they return within several hours in the past few weeks. Same post over and over lately. Solutions?

Does Zoom offer an option to share Polls/ Poll questions between users within an organization? ie, is there a way for me to share Polls I've created so that my colleagues can use them in their own meetings?  Alternatively, if there's a way to create polls from CVS files this would work as I could then share CVS poll templates with my colleagues.
