Hi,unless I am missing something, I am not able to find a report which can be run to extract the info on custom variables used during the flow in zoom contact center. can someone point me in the direction where its natively available and I do not have to fire any API calls to get it?

I use Zoom to connect with long distant grandchildren.  We also like to play games using the game room concept of several sites such as,  https://buddyboardgames.com/ and https://playingcards.io/ .  We play these games in a separate window while in our Zoom session.  I believe the structure is similar to Kooht, which Zoom has recently added as an extension but I have not personally tried it.  I use the whiteboard to do joint drawing with one my grandsons.  We can also play games like  Tic Tac Toe and hangman.  Incorporating some of the game rooms we currently use in separate windows into Zoom would make it even better.  While Zoom is focused on supporting organizations, it is also great for staying connected with grandkids and other long distant friends and  family members.   

If I’ve used the wrong category for this post, go ahead and redirect it to the appropriate one.  No worries.I use Zoom 7.0.0 (33767) on a Windows-based notebook computer.  My question is this:  How do I re-enable the Classic Notes feature?  I have searched the help resources but have been unable to find anything, so I am posting here.When I try to use what looks like Classic Notes, it takes me to a forced-redirect page within the app that says, “Upgrade your note-taking with the new and more powerful editing experience. Migrate your data to the new notes for a better experience. You can still access your previous classic notes.”  When I click the “View Classic Notes” button (gray with black type), it takes me to Zoom Web Access.  I don’t want to write and edit my notes on the web.  I do want to be able to write and edit my notes in-app.I don’t know what else to do to get Zoom to work the way I want it to.  All suggestions are welcome.Thank you,Debby

Hello Team,I am facing an issue during Zoom meetings. When a new participant joins the meeting, I am unable to notice it if I am working on another screen or using a different application on my laptop.Because of this, I sometimes miss acknowledging participants who join late, which impacts meeting flow.I would like to know: Is there any setting to make Zoom automatically notify or alert me more prominently when someone joins? Can the Zoom window come to the foreground or show a persistent notification even when I am on another screen/application? I have already tried basic notification and sound settings, but the issue still persists.Request your guidance on how this can be resolved or configured better.Thanks in advance for your support.Best regards,Vipin Upadhyay

Is there a shortcut to ADMIT ALL or ADMIT NEW ATTENDEE after you have started presenting ?Once i have started a zoom meeting and in the flow of a presentation i have to use my mouse to hover over the request to ADMIT the new person logging into the meeting. I tend to use a waiting room as i don’t want people to login before i arrive and get everything ready to launch the presentation.I then let everyone in but it is after i have started and in the flow of presenting that late arrivals are harder to manage without breaking the presenting flow. I have looked in to keyword shortcut but hitting a brick wall on how to admit people into a meeting while presenting without scrolling across the screen to click the button. Was hoping to automat this with a hot key or automation. Would welcome some advice on how other have done this. 

I have tried everything suggested in Support and online but haven't been able to get an answer.  Yes, uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, camera is working elsewhere and whatever else was suggested.  Help is appreciated.  Thank you

Hi everyone, I hope I can get some ideas from you regarding the following: I have to conduct 3 meetings in a row, having in between a pause of just 20 min. and I have to record each meeting. Since after each meeting the computer must convert the recorded session, how can I start the next one, without affecting the quality of the one that is being converted and the other, that I have to start? I had an event on 30th May which i had two external attendees hosting the session as our experts.  I have checked everything and all appears to be correct.As they couldn't join and the audience was in excess of 1000, the event was cancelled, can you tell me why they were unable to join as a panellist and were held waiting as an attendee only.I need to reschedule and can't have the repeat issue! Thanks 

my zoom wasnt responding while i trs to join a zoom via link (it wont even show up on taskbar) then when i try to join via id, i cant click anything on the zoom except the schedule button

[Summary] I am experiencing a persistent issue where clicking a Zoom meeting link automatically opens the web browser version instead of launching the desktop application. This occurs even when I have disabled the "Join from your browser" link in my web portal settings.[Environment] OS: macOS (Occurs on two separate MacBooks) Browser: Chrome, Safari Account: Personal account (Free/Basic tier) [Steps already taken] Web Portal Settings: Disabled "Show 'Join from your browser' link" in the "In Meeting (Advanced)" section. Every time I end a meeting I get an email that says, "Meeting assets for Personal Meeting Room are ready!"   It then links to the whiteboard that I had shared screen to during the meeting.  It seems there is no way to toggle these email notifications off.  Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?   (I'm on a Mac, using the Zoom application version 6.5.9.  I've already looked through all the "email notification" settings after logging into my account on a browser.)

I recently upgraded to a pro account so that I could do in meeting polling. I created a poll outside my meeting which is already scheduled, but when I enter the meeting, there is no option to launch a poll. The icons at the bottom do not include polling, and when I click the more button, it only has livestreaming options. I cannot launch an existing poll nor can I create a new one. I have read and tried everything I can find int he zoom help files. been trying since yesterday.

I have court tomorrow and was told I could use zoom.. it's my first time using it and don't know how to really use it.

Hello Community,One of our enterprise premier users has encountered an issue with generating Zoom logs for their two recent meetings that took place on April 14th. In the provided Screenshot, the user has two meetings. But she cannot generate reports using the icons on the right side. I recently installed a webcam, but my face will not show in the screen during Zoom call. My face does show in my camera app. I also have a notice from my security system (ESET) saying that camera access to Zoom has been allowed. What do I do to get my face to show up on zoom rather than a black screen? I have the latest Zoom version. I am using a desktop PC. If no one can help, is there a phone number I can call to get this figured out?

I cannot tell if Zoom has installed or not.

I want to get imformation about the accounting credit classes

I received a zoom invitation and when I click on the link, I am directed to a webpage that is telling me my zoom client is out of date and I need to update. A file downloads and when I install the file it does not resolve the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom with the latest version, cleared my cache, and restarted my computer multiple times. At this point I have no idea what to do.  The interesting part is I am able to open other zoom invitations, so I am not sure if the issue is on my end or the invitation creator's end. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I don’t now the mains of today meeting 

 I was using phone for audio for desktop zoom. I could listen. Everything worked fine until the host unmuted me, then the audio icon changed, and I could not interact with the host.This is using desktop zoom for Debian, 7.0.0.1666 This problem has happened multiple times.One time, I was able to establish a working system by hanging up the phone and reconnecting.Another time, this method did not succeed, forcing me to move to Android app.
