How to conduct several meetings in a row and record each one of them

Hi everyone, I hope I can get some ideas from you regarding the following: I have to conduct 3 meetings in a row, having in between a pause of just 20 min. and I have to record each meeting. Since after each meeting the computer must convert the recorded session, how can I start the next one, without affecting the quality of the one that is being converted and the other, that I have to start?
