How to conduct several meetings in a row and record each one of them

Hi everyone, I hope I can get some ideas from you regarding the following: I have to conduct 3 meetings in a row, having in between a pause of just 20 min. and I have to record each meeting. Since after each meeting the computer must convert the recorded session, how can I start the next one, without affecting the quality of the one that is being converted and the other, that I have to start? Many thanks!

    Hi @Iulian Chihaia,

I apologize for the late response. We’re glad to have you here.

To record multiple Zoom meetings in a row with only short breaks between them, here are some tips to avoid issues with local recording conversion:

    • Make sure you are using the latest version of the Zoom desktop app to reduce conversion problems.
    • After each meeting, let the recording finish converting before starting the next meeting. Do not close your laptop or turn off your computer during the conversion process, as this will interrupt it.
    • Avoid renaming the double_click_to_convert.zoom files while they are converting, as this can cause file corruption.
    • Ensure you have enough disk space and that your file path is valid for saving recordings.

If you need to start the next meeting before the previous recording has finished converting, consider using cloud recording (if available on your account), as it does not require local conversion and will not interfere with your next meeting.

Please feel free to reach out anytime. Have a great day!
