Is there a shortcut to ADMIT ALL or ADMIT NEW ATTENDEE after you have started presenting ?

Once i have started a zoom meeting and in the flow of a presentation i have to use my mouse to hover over the request to ADMIT the new person logging into the meeting.

I tend to use a waiting room as i don’t want people to login before i arrive and get everything ready to launch the presentation.

I then let everyone in but it is after i have started and in the flow of presenting that late arrivals are harder to manage without breaking the presenting flow.

I have looked in to keyword shortcut but hitting a brick wall on how to admit people into a meeting while presenting without scrolling across the screen to click the button.

Was hoping to automat this with a hot key or automation.

Would welcome some advice on how other have done this.

If you turn off the waiting room after the meeting has started then late arrivals are admitted automatically. If your presentation is watch only for attendees consider doing a webinar instead of a meeting which has no waiting room once the webinar is started. If you feel you have to keep the waiting room always on you could assign someone as a co-host and let them handle the admission.

Oh that is interesting. I did not know you could turn off the waiting room during the meeting. So prepare as normal with waiting room to get everything setup, then let everyone in and then turn off waiting room just before going full screen to share presentation.
