Zoom Phone Buying Error

Hi everyone,
I was buying zoom pro plan monthly of $24 but there is showing error of 7000 while i attached my NayaPay and SadaPay which is violation error but i never used zoom before on this gmail in pakistan.
Also now i ask my friend to buy from my behalf but now when he’s trying to attached his NayaPay card he’s facing other error of Error code: UZNS614.

Please suggest me what to do?
