Feeling like this is a lost cause at this point but I’m so desperate. I did not host or record this meeting - it was an interview. I thought I had pressed record on my voice memo on my iPhone and at the end of the interview I realized I did not. I desperately need this information and will do anything to retrieve it. Hi everyone,I’m currently experiencing an issue in Zoom where webinar polls do not show after joining. After restarting a few times, the poll may appear but cannot be launched, and sometimes it shows as blank or white when launched.Has anyone encountered this recently or found a solution? Hello Zoom Support Team,We recently purchased a license to accommodate hosting 2 meetings (2 licensed hosts). Since then, we have hosted a total of 3 meetings. However, we are currently unable to access the Usage and Meeting Reports for all of these sessions.Could you please advise on why some of these reports are missing from our account, and provide a solution on how we can retrieve the complete data for all our past meetings?Thank you,Mert Altan

When going to the web page to create a new meeting (https://zoom.us/meeting/schedule) I click the calendar control and get a pop-up calendar. But it is transparent, and the controls underneath it are still enabled. It is not possible to use the mouse to click on a date. It is still possible to use the keyboard arrows to navigate the calendar but that is obviously not how it’s supposed to work. The same thing happens with all the dropdown.I am on a free plan so I am not allowed submit a support ticket. Has anybody ever heard of this?I am using Chrome on Windows 11. (This does not happen on Edge.)  

When rescheduling a single meeting within a recurring series, I encounter one of two issues:Clicking the "Update" Zoom button prompts me to reschedule the entire series, rather than just the individual occurrence. Rescheduling only the one occurrence in Outlook — without clicking the "Update" Zoom button — causes the meeting to ring in Zoom Workplace at the original date and time.Is there a way to reschedule a single occurrence without affecting the rest of the series or triggering the old meeting in Zoom?

I can't not find the Dual Monitor set up in my settings.  I want to be able to see participants on one screen and my shared presentation screen on the other monitor.  Can you tell me precisely where the Dual Monitor toggle is in the settings?

I sent a recorded meeting to someone and they're not able to access it without a password. Where do I find this? 

Periodically, I receive a notification “ You have [x] recordings that will be permanently deleted on 2026-xx-xx. Click the link below to view files that will be deleted soon. You can restore any files you want to keep before deletion.”When I click on the link to the list of recordings that will be deleted unless I “recover” them, there does not appear to be an easy way to view the recording (so that I can decide whether to recover it or let it be deleted). What am I overlooking?

Hi all -   I'm using Zoom on a Neat Bar system (neat bar + TVs), and with a recent software update, the camera is automatically enabling camera tracking. This is causing issues with the video as it does not frame the room correctly.   How can I disable this camera tracking permanently? I'd like it to start with a set framing of the room each time.    Thanks!

I have a newer PC laptop (HP ZBook Firefly 16-inch, 64bit, Windows 11).  When I have a Zoom meeting, and I move my head a few inches to the left or right, the camera auto-adjusts and puts my face in the center of the screen again, and it zooms way in on my head and shoulders.  It's really annoying.  How do I stop this?  Is there a toggle command somewhere that I need to turn off?   I have read on Google about something called "Center Stage".  However, I think that is only for Apple products; but, I still couldn't find that language anywhere in the Zoom app, or anything resembling my problem. I'd love some help on this.  Thanks.

;When I'm in a meeting, it often happens that there is one user that I can't hear but others can. It is only that user that I can't hear; everyone else can hear me, but I can't hear them.  In addition, I don't pick up anything played by a musical instrument--even if a user has 'original sound' toggled. Again, everyone else can hear them. I've messed with the playback settings I found in 'audio' but nothing seems to make a difference. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello--I can no longer hear musical instruments on Zoom. The musician will have original sound for musicians turned on and others in the Zoom can hear them, but I can hear only voice, not the instrument.  I turned background noise to low in audio settings, but that didn't help. This problem cropped up a couple of months ago--I used to be able to hear them, but can't now.  However, I can hear instruments on other meeting apps, so I don't think this is a Windows issue and think it's a Zoom issue. Will appreciate any suggestions!  Thanks--

Dear Zoom Support Team,I am writing to report what appears to be a video quality issue in Gallery View. When I host meetings with more than four participants on screen, and my self view is hidden, the video quality of most participants degrades significantly. In Gallery View, only the active speaker appears sharp, while the remaining participants appear noticeably blurry. If I hover my mouse over a participant and click on their square, their image becomes sharp, but once I release the click, the image returns to being blurry and only the speaker remains clear. As a psychotherapist who runs psychotherapy groups, having multiple members visible and clear at the same time is essential. Hello! We have Zoom as our telephony service in the USA and we use Singlewire Informacast for out bells and announcements. There is a feature called CallAware that gives us notifications when a caller dials an emergency number. In our testing we’ve discovered Zoom considers 911 and 933 as emergency numbers. What other numbers are considered emergency for the United States? Thank you for any help!

Some of the customers using our Marketplace App started reporting an issue when using our zoom integration.I’m not going to get in lot of details about our integration but basically the workflow is when you start the zoom meeting you get an chatbot message with 3 buttons you can press and depending which one you press different action gets triggered….Around 10 days ago customers started reporting that nothing happens when they press button and on our side in the logs I can see 403 when calling API:Failed to execute command: POST: api.zoom.us. We hold a meeting 5x per year.  Meeting invites are sent to our mailing list via Mailchimp.  We also produce flyers to encourage those not on our mailing list to attend.  We also post the flyer on Facebook and Instagram.  Over the last 5 years of hosting these events, we have never had more than 100 people register.  For our February event we have over 350 "people" register.  Our audience is typically those that reside in the SF Bay Area.  I suspect that many of these "people" are not real because 117 of them registered BEFORE we advertised the meeting and many of them are from outside California - plus a few from outside the United States.  I think that there is a glitch in Zoom's system but cannot speak with a live support person.  I have gone back and forth with service tickets - but that process has not been helpful.  I also noticed that previous meetings of this type are no longer available in the past meeting
