Problem accessing reports in the meeting opened with a previously purchased license
Hello Zoom Support Team,
We recently purchased a license to accommodate hosting 2 meetings (2 licensed hosts). Since then, we have hosted a total of 3 meetings. However, we are currently unable to access the Usage and Meeting Reports for all of these sessions.
Could you please advise on why some of these reports are missing from our account, and provide a solution on how we can retrieve the complete data for all our past meetings?
