Problem accessing reports in the meeting opened with a previously purchased license

Hello Zoom Support Team,

We recently purchased a license to accommodate hosting 2 meetings (2 licensed hosts). Since then, we have hosted a total of 3 meetings. However, we are currently unable to access the Usage and Meeting Reports for all of these sessions.

Could you please advise on why some of these reports are missing from our account, and provide a solution on how we can retrieve the complete data for all our past meetings?

    hi ​@Athletic House ,

    Those meetings would be still connected to the email address of the person who ran the meetings, are you adding the licences to that same email account.
    Secondly, meeting report data is not held indifinetly and will be deleted after a period of time.

    If you log into your account and look at recordings you can see how long the data is held.
