Hi, I hope you can help. I've been using Zoom for teaching online classes since lockdown without any issues. Recently I've been having issues with participants losing audio after I spotlight myself - they can hear me but I can no longer hear them. Their audio was fine before I'd spotlighted myself. How can I resolve this? Or what advice can I give my students to help them resolve it at their end.I'm on Mac OS15.6.1 with the latest version of Zoom (v6.5.12)Thanks for your help & advice.

Can't find an answer anywhere here, so asking the community. I have been using Zoom for several years, and over the past month or so the audio stopped working when sharing a video using 'Share Screen'. I teach English 1-to-1 on Zoom, and often use YouTube videos as part of the lesson. Before anyone asks, I have updated and reinstalled Zoom, and the problem is happening on both Windows and Mac.I have "share sound" selected, and have tried using "optimise for video sharing" as well as not optimising (never used to need to do this)I am using a Platronics mic and have this as the system audio, (as always) for mic and headphones.I thought it might be a copyright thing, and tried it with Spotify, and it doesn't work with that either, nor does it with iTunes music. It's really impacting my lessons, and it's annoying because I'm paying for Zoom yet I'm not getting what I need. It's worked for year

I need to join a meeting in Microsoft Teams tomorrow, and I want to use a virtual background that I have in Zoom.  But I cannot find where those background images are stored on my computer.  I need the image file so I can add it to my Teams backgrounds.  I've searched my computer several times, but found nothing.

I use Zoom docs daily and find them quite useful.  Most of the time I'm not interested in using covers, but they are helpful in some cases.  I understand that I can upload custom images to use as page covers and that the maximum size is 20MB . . . but that is literally the ONLY information I can find *anywhere* about working with covers.  Is there any documentation available on this?  It is clear that images resize and scale dynamically but it is not clear how this works or any suggestions on how to create headers effectively that will look as intended at various sizes.  Is there a Zoom Docs documentation resource that I don't know about?  

I've recently started using Calendly + Zoom, but found that most of my clients have problems finding and entering meeting passcodes. So obviously id like to remove it. But from what I understand, zoom doesn't allow me to do so.  Is it because of my plan or  is there any guide on how to remove the passcodes from all meetings?

Nobody seems to know if my pixel 10 phone supports virtual background 

Greetings. I’m an audio and music producer. I’m trying to include multiple audio channels from a universal audio Apollo x6 in zoom calls. I am on a Mac Studio computer running the latest Tahoe, and using the latest version of Zoom. My camera is an iPhone 16pro used as a continuity camera hard wired to the computer. Camera is working great.  I have enable the multi-channel option in the zoom app,  but the only audio that appears in Zoom is the microphone channel on either channel one or channel two.I have deep dived into all the resources for the audio interface (Apollo x6) , the manual for its console, the I/O matrix which controls how Mac OS “sees” the input and output channels, and several detailed videos on the topic. Nothing I have tried for days has ever resulted in any audio channels besides 1 and 2 to appear in the Zoom app audio settings input meter.

I'm using the current version as of today (6.5.7), but I'm at a loss to know where the Use Dual Monitors switch has disappeared to? I know it got moved a few versions back from the General tab into the Meetings & Webinars one, but I can't find it anymore. Has it moved again or be renamed to something else?

Hello, my organization recently switched to Zoom's "Workplace Pro" for non-profits. For the past four years, under our previous Zoom account, we recorded our member meetings with zero issues. Occasionally we'd record them to a computer instead of the cloud, but we never had any issues retrieving the recordings. We have recorded one previous meeting under our new plan with zero issues. However, this Monday, the meeting host followed all of the usual steps, and all of the people attending the meeting heard and Zoom's notification that the meeting was being recorded, and we also heard when the host ended the recording. However, we never received any of the recording files, and Zoom support is telling us that the recording was never initiated. I was curious if anyone has a an idea of what happened here? Does Zoom ever have glitches like this? There didn't seem to be any issues with our host's internet bandwidth during the meeting.

Is it possible to store and retrieve more than one recording during a zoom meeting?  If I make more than one recording (using stop/start a new recording) I can only find one recording on my computer.  Where is the second recording?

It is absolutely frustrating every time I close a zoom meeting the application remains open and minimizes itself to the notifications area. Who thought this was a good idea? I would like to close the application and be done with it. This becomes a multi-step process to close out of zoom after every meeting that is a waste of my time. It's even more infuriating that there is no way to turn this option off. I've searched the forum for similar posts and the zoom team marked it as solved. The issue is NOT solved hence why I am resurfacing this issue. It's a complete disregard to the end user and such a waste of resources.  Please develop a real solution for this problem before closing out this topic.

Hello, does anyone know how I can recover a pdf file that was sent to me through the chat feature? I clicked on it during the meeting and it sent to my download file, but once the meeting was over, it was no longer there. I have searched every single file on my computer and nada. It is essential for me to recover this file to finish my job. pleeeeease tell me it can be recovered???

Hello - I have "Bose SoundLink Flex (Gen 2) Bluetooth speaker. It is producing very low sound during Zoom meetings/webinar (on mobile app) but same spear is working very fine while working fine with YouTube or other audio/video player. Considering that the issue likely lies with my Zoom app, not the speaker; Please let me know how this issue can be resolved?

I am having difficulty with the zoom invites I’ve Been receiving,  as they have no meeting ID or tab to tap onto the call- there is one HTTPS tab which only takes me to google maps - but when I look at the message there’s no option to tab onto a link that connects me to the call ? Is there anyone out there that can help me understand why this is? 

We are testing SMS to confirm some appointments with homeowners. Is there a way that we can change the SMS/Caller ID to show our 800 # (we are able to do this with phone calls). Currently when we send a text message the receiver will get a "Potential Spam" ID or the personal phone number of the employee on their phone. We do not wish to do this because our teams are on queue and no one should be calling their personal ext or phone number for work.  Nor do we want our customers to have the Caller ID say Potential Spam. Please advise. Thank you. 

Hello: I have the setting "Receive calls while on a call" enabled for my sequential call queue. When the first agent, however, is on a call either from the queue or their personal line, if another call comes in on the queue, it skips to the next available agent in the sequential queue list.   I found the below in the documentation from Call Handling:Note: You will not receive call notifications from call queues if you're currently on a call or have disabled calls from call queues. I want Agent 1 to be able to receive notification of another call combining on the call queue regardless if Agent 1 is on another call or not. Is this possible?

Please, PLEASE...is there any way that I can speak with an actually person instead of the AI bot? Our account details have changed but we didn't change them. I have the account number, the email, the invoice number and everything but the bot can't help. I am getting an error message saying "Having trouble signing in with this email..." It won't even accept the email address so that I can go to the next page to enter the password. We haven't changed anything on our account and I have the invoice to prove we paid for the year.

I work for a large auto group and we've submitted a feature request asking for the ability to opt-out of queue calls ringing on mobile, but not desktop and desk phone. A lot of our staff members have requested that ONLY direct dial calls ring to their cell, but not queue calls.  Anyone else interested in this enough to put in a feature request on it to help push it along? 

Hi everybody,We have instructors who use our main Zoom instance for teaching classes.  However, some of those same users need to use Zoom in HIPAA compliant environments with additional setting restrictions.  We can't use the Group feature because we'd need to move the instructor into, and out of, the group, depending on whether they're teaching or needing a HIPAA compliant environment.Would creating a subaccount be the way to go?  Any pitfalls we should be aware of?  Ultimately, we want the user to log in with one set of credentials and choose whether they want to use the main instance/site or the HIPAA instance/site.Any recommendations would be appreciated.  Thank you!!

We are currently configuring Zoom Workforce Management (WFM) to manage phone shift schedules. Our employees use Outlook to block off times when they are unavailable—such as PTO, client meetings, or personal appointments.We’re looking for a way to integrate Outlook with Zoom so that WFM can automatically schedule phone shifts around each employee’s existing availability in Outlook. Ideally, Zoom would read their calendar availability, assign shifts accordingly, and then push those scheduled shifts back into Outlook.Has anyone successfully implemented this type of integration? We’re hoping to avoid requiring employees to enter availability in multiple systems and would prefer to keep Outlook as the central tool for managing personal and meeting schedules.Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, We have agent sub status codes setup and I see that these codes are reported as Not Ready and impact our occupancy %. I am wondering if there is a way to customize the report to include/exclude certain sub status codes. Thank you,
