phone zoom only forwards when im on other line…. i want it to forward always

Like I said I want my zoom phone to forward always but it just says when I’m busy will forward which is stupid…

Click on your picture in the upper right hand corner of Zoom Workplace app and select Forward Calls:

Next fill out Call Forwarding screen and click Turn on.

You will get a message on Zoom Workplace showing Call Forwarding is turned on.

To turn Off Call Forwarding, click your profile picture, click Forward calls, click Turn off.
