My Notes Meeting Transcript Error "Transcript is not available"
Transcripts stopped working, after working for weeks for My notes. I use Zoom Workplace MacOS Version: 7.1.0 (83064). In the WebPortal, my settings remain unchanged.
Enable My Notes = On
Transcribe my meetings with My Notes = On
Generate and enrich content with AI = On
Auto-save recordings of non-Zoom meetings in My Notes on mobile = On
Enable desktop notifications for My Notes = On
Get reminders to start taking notes when the microphone turns on in enabled apps. = On
Enable email notifications for My Notes = On
Allow everyone (including host) to transcribe meetings with My Notes = On
This is a selling feature of Zoom. I hope it can be resolved before deciding to use another method.
