Aver Camera Presets

We use Aver TR313V2 cameras in our zoom rooms. The ipad can control them, but preset 1 on the ipad calls preset 0 on the camera. This would be fine, but the crestron equipment we use to control the room functions sees preset 1 as preset 1. We are trying to avoid setting the same presets twice to use both control setups. Is there a way to get the iPad to see preset 1 as the preset 1 as well?
