We have been getting a lot of feedback around the user experience of the Search By Name directory feature with Zoom phone.  It is very slow to return results and read them back, we do not have a way to remove the extension from being read back to the customer, and in some cases when we transfer from our contact center system to Zoom Phone directory we will lose audio packets resulting in the first name not being pronounced so calls get routed to the incorrect users.   I would really love to see Zoom invest some dev resources into this and look at using a speech recognition directory or allowing admins to modify more settings when it comes to the search by name auto attendant.  Would love to see if anyone else is having similar issues or has thoughts on this. 

I have done everything according to the videos trying to remove the virtual background. I've gone to settings, in meeting advance, virtual backgrounds, and turned it off. I've even reset it. That is supposed to remove the uploaded picture from the system altogether....and it's still on there. The videos are old that they sent me in the chat. It says there is a button to choose "none." On mine it is a button - turn virtual backgrounds on or off. I've logged out and then back in again....it's still on. Every option in the chat doesn't pertain - any thoughts?

I have done workouts on zoom since 2020 and the sound has been fine with a slight delay for members. Now, the sound is garbled, or it seems parts of the music just disappears. Some people can’t hear music at all.  What I need is to share my computer audio from Spotify, while showing me on video. I have changed settings and nothing has worked.  I have been talking to support for over a month and still haven’t been able to get a live person to help.  Has anyone found the right settings for this?

Zoom has been sending invasive unwelcome advertising to me although I'm on a paid subscriber plan. I want Zoom to stop this. Who knows how to make that happen. Thank you.

Is there a way to delay the IVR so it does not directly go into repetition of the options available?

I work with a team of teachers who use Zoom to deliver services and lessons to students. We would LOVE to see a feature where you can mute individuals in the chat (take chat away only for a few participants while allowing others to continue as usual) as well as allowing us to take mic rights away from only specific students! Right now 1 kid can ruin it for the entire group because it is an all or nothing situation, either they all have the ability or no one does. We would love to connect with the development team at Zoom and get a couple of new features so that we can utilize Zoom better for our classrooms and students! Has anyone had any luck contacting Zoom about something like this and it actually happening? Our program pays big bucks to use Zoom, it would be nice if we could get such simple features for it!

How do I keep the toolbar pinned on the bottom of a zoom meeting on a Microsoft computer. I will not stay showing.

Hi, my audio works fine if I'm only speaking or only playing music, but I can't get them to work at the same time. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to resolve it? Thanks

We had an odd occurrence during a Webinar last week as one attendee toggled their Closed Captioning on, which turned on CC for everyone on the Webinar. I thought surely that was a bug so I reached out to Zoom Support and they tell me that that is an intended result. If ONE Attendee on a 1000-person Webinar toggles on Closed Captioning, it will start CC for 999 other people. That, in my opinion, should NOT be the case. CC is an individualized experience. We cannot be without it, but the way Zoom has it designed in Webinars, turning it on can cause a significant amount of confusion for other Attendees. Is there a setting somewhere that we can set so that if someone turns on CC, it ONLY turns on CC for THEM? 

Teaching meditation we frequently toggle original sound, because the teacher needs background noise reduction and ALC - but the meditation bell requires turning off noise reduction.I see a lot of requests to bring back the toggle at the top of the screen. I’d like to add that a keyboard shortcut would be ideal in my case.Many Thanks,RichS

I would like to be able to filter matched queries that I have already coached and trained. I would expect coached queries to drop from the list of matched queries or there should be a filter to hide "coached queries". Do they never disappear? If not, how is that scalable? If they should be dropping from the list, what step am I missing? My steps are:1. Navigate to Intent Management.2. Scroll to an Intent group.3. Select an intent within the group.4. Click on the Coach tab.5. Click the check box next to queries to be coached.6. Add to training phrases.7. Train.8. Publish. The use case for why it is problematic is sorting through multiple identical or similar queries to find the queries that I have not coached. There is not currently a way to use the API to log users in and out of the call ques, if managers want to log their user in or out of a call que, I must now give them access to the administrative side of Zoom Phone, whereas if I had API access, I could make them a light weight application for them to sign their users in and out of.  Please can we add to the API to be able to log users in and out of call ques so I can give the managers this access.

Hello,I am trying to create a new Zoom account for my business email. When I enter the required sign up information the confirmation code is never sent to my email. I have checked all setting in my email and verified information is not blocked or going to spam/junk email. i have also verified no existing account with Zoom for my email.How to fix?? I am grateful for the help! I have used a Logitec C920 webcam with built-in mic since 2020 connected to my Apple MacBook Air (2023) running the most recent version of Mac OS. Since last week, the Logitec camera connects just fine, but the mic is no longer recognized as an audio input. (My my iPhone is recognized along with the mic built into the MacBook.) Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

Hello,I tried running Zoom VDI and Zoom Client in Azure AVD and Mic works fine but no audio output from any tester or meeting. There is no audio settings to change because its just audio redirection. How can we troubleshoot this? I don’t have support, I would like to be able to join zoom meetings, but not having audio doesn’t work for me.

Hi, I hope some can help me. I am trying to sign in to zoom room controller that I installed on to the CP965 using a configuration file found here: https://zoom.us/client/latest/zrc.apk When I run the app it take me to a sign in screen with options to sign in using, email, SSO, google or facebook. However I am told by our admins that I need to sign in using an activation code which they have given me. The activation code has worked on the Zoom Rooms app installed on windows micro desktop and is shows me the the room the activation code refers to. But I just can find how I use the activation code through the ZRC app on the CP965. I have already update the firmware with the certified custom firmware found here: 

Last week, on Tuesday, 29 April, I used Zoom for the first time in several months and I noticed some new problems. When I clicked on the "Join meeting" link provided in the email, I was taken to the "Join meeting" page, as usual, and received a popup asking if I would like Firefox to open zoommtg links with System Handler (I used elementaryOS). Usually, it would ask if I would like it to open zoommtg links with Zoom client *OR* System Handler. When I choose System Handler, now, nothing happens! System Handler fails to open and Zoom client does not launch. No problem, I can just manually select the application that zoommtg links will open with. Greetings all, I recently downloaded Zoom for my laptop and can't get myself ready for meetings. More specifically, I'm unable to get my camera and USB mic to work, even though I've been using these without incident on Teams and other conferencing platforms. For instance, if I go to video settings, my camera's light is turned on, but the preview is just a black screen. Accessing these settings causes the Zoom client to hang - forcing me to choose to end task - yet my camera's light stays on, and I have to disable and re-enable the camera app from Windows settings to reset the camera. On the audio side of things, the speakers' test works fine, but not the mics'. Testing both the built-in and USB mic yields nothing. I tried the solutions found in Zoom's knowledge base. I uninstalled and reinstalled the client, updated Windows, drivers, restarted my laptop,  and checked the relevant permissions, to no avai

Hi, There is a subtle background blur I can't get rid of. The Blur My Background option is disabled.  Check the screen capture attached: unprocessed video feed from the camera at the right, and Zoom's at the left.Note that the blur is really soft compared to the Blur My Background effect. I tried multiple cameras and software, and I'm very positive that Zoom is adding that soft blur. Any idea why this is happening and how I can get the full unprocessed video feed on Zoom?My specs are:MacBook Pro M1 Max 16'', Mas OS Ventura 13.4.Cameras I tested:Logitech Brio 4k, Display iSight, FaceTime HD Camera, iPhone 14 Pro Max Camera Zoom 5.14.7 b18149  Looking forward to any help you can provide. Thanks!

When I schedule a meeting or accept an invitation to a meeting the invite shows up in my calendar but the invite doesn't include the link for me to cclick on to open the meeting. And I don't receive email confirmations for "My meeting"  Does anyoen else have this problem or kinwo how it can be resolved? 

Recently our customers haven’t been getting through to our office, after investigations, it seems that our in-bound phone line has an additional new English ascent generated message saying ‘thanks for calling (company). Unfortunately, no one is available to take your call at the moment. please leave name and number’, immediate followed by our normal ‘Hi welcome to (company), Just one moment while I will see who is available to take your call’. After the first message our customer hang up & don’t get through to the normal response thus it doesn’t ring through to our office.  Has anyone had this issue before? Our office hours have remained the same & no has changed setting for over 6 months. Can anyone help me as to what setting I need to adjust to turn off the currently activated first (new) AI voice message?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
