I recorded a webinar and it was saved to my local computer, not the cloud as I did not realize I had to indicate the location. I would like to share a link for it. Is it possible for Zoom to provide a link? Can I upload it to the cloud and then get a link?  Thanks. 

I am very disappointed and very annoyed by the red "jump to last message" that has been added. As someone that admins a weekly zoom with over 400 international users, this is VERY annoying when trying to control and answer in the chat while watching videos, allowing participants into the room and more. AI says: "No "Off" Switch: There isn't a single "Turn off jump to last message" button, but these settings manage the behaviour" = very unhappy that as an admin I can not turn this very annoying new feature off for myself as admin. 

Is there a way to add Zoom workspaces into the Microsoft Teams client?

When I Share Screen on my Powerpoint presentation the audio volume is too low for those I am sharing with.  I turned my Mac and Zoom volume to the highest.  Any suggestions?

We had the same plan last year, No problem. A participant in Oregon got on using dial up.  In the process of cancelling, and then resigning up, she cannot connect. We purchased thru Apple. I have the $149. plan but find there is no live help. I have researched, submitted a ticket with no response and do not know what to tell this participant. I am not a wizard. Can anyone help? Hi.I do not use virtual backgrounds or blurry background on zoom. I need participants to see what is behind me.However, my background on Zoom is somehow automatically blurry, while the virtual background is set to "none". If I click "blur", it becomes a bit more blurry than usual. Please help to unblur.

I have two users in Zoom Phone who handle calls from different Canadian provinces. User A only handles clients from Ontario and QuebecUser B only handles clients from Alberta and British Columbia I would like incoming calls to be routed automatically based on the caller’s area code. For example, if the caller’s number is from an Ontario or Quebec area code, the call should go to User A. If the caller’s number is from an Alberta or British Columbia area code, it should go to User B.Is there a way in Zoom Phone to route or transfer calls automatically by caller area code or region, and if so, how can I set this up?

I would like to request assistance regarding an issue I experienced during a recent Zoom meeting. I joined the session as a co-host and initiated the recording using the Zoom AI Companion feature. However, after the meeting ended, I discovered that the recording did not appear in the Cloud Recordings section. Upon checking, I realized that I was not logged into my Zoom account at the time I pressed the AI Companion recording button. Because of this, I am unsure whether the recording was captured or stored anywhere.

Nun habe ich die KI selber gefragt, was ich da am Basten tun könnte:Antwort der Zoom KI:Ich könnte in den Notizen oder im Chat etwas vermerken, da der Companion diese beiden mit für die Zusammenfassung auswertet.Auf meine Frage, ob das auch verbal ginge, war die Antwort:Wenn ich (als Admin) mein Audio ausschalte, kann ich der KI etwas zum Verlauf des Meetings mitteilen, wenn ich bei ausgeschaltetem Audio einfach spreche. I am developing a custom solution using Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) where customers provide image inputs during chat interactions. However, ZVA does not support image uploads out of the box, as confirmed in my previous case with you. In the CX Analytics tab > Logs > Transcripts, I can see the chat history, including attached images , which appear in the UI. To work around this, I want to programmatically fetch the transcript and the image attachment using APIs, as text responses can be passed via variables, but images require API access for processing (e.g., in AWS Lambda). How do I save chats on zoom when I don't have the three dots option

I have made recordings of two meetings. When the meetings ended, I received a message from Zoom that they were being transposed to mp4 audio files. I can't find these recordings in My Recordings in my account. How do I find them? 

What is the best way to brainstorm a title with 100+ participants on Zoom offering their ideas that will show them other participant's ideas in real time?  Is there a way that someone can "upvote" an idea rather than writing it again?

Hello, I'm new to Zoom and need some help. I want participants to be able to share their screen, but I'm not sure how to stop the sharing as the host. I want to maintain control over screen sharing and be able to end it when needed.I’d really appreciate it if someone could help.

Is it possible to customize the Meeting Summary settings so that it follows a set meeting agenda rather than its own standard template? The AI Companion tools are great but we're needing to cut and paste what it captures to correctly follow our discussion. Also it doesn't seem to capture indiviudal motions and secondary votes in the discussion. thanks for any suggestions!  

If transcript is selected and you can see the words throughout the entire meeting, why doesn't nothing generate after the meeting ends showing the full transcript automatically?  It only exists if you click the save button and that seems really dumb.  And, the transcripts are not saved in the zoom account like the recordings are, I can only find them in my OneDrive (which I never use) buried in a random file.
